I can’t comment on how this company is…
I can’t comment on how this company is when needed to use for a claim, it is my opinion on their customer service side.
I took out home insurance with them last year. This year the renewal price was hiked up so I went with someone else.
I checked the renewal and there was no mention of automatic renewal - there was a button to click on to renew which I never clicked on because I’d used a different company.
A week or so later I noticed a payment had gone out of my bank. At first we thought it was a scam but when I looked into it I found it was this company. They’d automatically renewed and not even sent me an email confirming this. I used the online chat and they offered me insurance at a cheaper price than their renewal. I asked for a refund.After the call there has been no email to confirm cancellation and a refund and a week later I still haven’t had a refund. A refund shouldn’t take this long. This was their response -
As you were on an annual direct debit you will have to wait 10 working days for the direct debit to clear. After the payment has cleared your full refund will be issued, which you will get in 3-5 workings days from the date it is processed.
I’m not happy about this.

Cancel policy before 14 days like terms conditoon said.they keep promise refound full amount.I call them few times My refound money nether happen.They still my money .Nether get any email info what date they cancel my policy .Its scamer nether again.
