CertaPet has been a lifesaver! So grateful they exist!

They keep me updated all issues with my PSD. I am so grateful for their information and help.

The therapist was wonderful!
The issue I have is with PTSD and the letter I need is they are unable to write the letter for Canadian Citizens, yet the therapist and I both live in Canada yet she is unable to write the physiatrist support letter which makes no sense!

I am thoroughly pleased with CertaPet, I enjoy talking with my assigned therapist/ social worker. She checks up on me and ensures I have everything I need!
I am unable to receive certain types of documents from my own medical team, as per policy, and certapet has helped me along the way!

I had been receiving help from my hmo for my disability; but in spite of the beliefs of more than one therapist/psychiatrist, that a service animal would be highly beneficial; the hmo does not have policy in place to prescribe service dogs. My hmo doctor recommended Certapet to me. I have had some of the best therapy from my treating CP doctor that I’ve ever had. It has made an enormous impact on my health & mobility. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has a true disability. Please do not try to use this company for some type of “free pass” for your pet. That behavior diminishes the access to people who have documented, severe needs.

Everything was quick and easy. However my apartment needs further documentation and Ive tried to contant Certapet multiple times and I recieve no response.
