This is my 3rd time using CertaPet! (ESA letters expire after 1 year). I highly recommend this very professional company. They have you fill out a pretty extensive questionnaire and then assign you a licensed therapist in your state to do a short phone interview with you. My therapist was amazing. If you qualify, you will have your ESA letter right after your phone interview. The entire process took just 2 days. Highly recommend!

I am 68 year old man, and my ESA Karolinka, is very important to me and a big help with travel. I have found Certapet to be very helpful and professional in my dealings with them. 11/10 recommend to anyone who, like me or many other cases didn't have health insurance and needed a note. CertaPet is the most legit company I have come across because I have been scammed in the past, so I was super skeptical but once I saw they have a number you can call where REAL people actually answer and assist you. I knew I could trust them. The whole process is super professional and thorough, they really go above and beyond in making sure you have everything you need and know about your service or emotional support animal. Plus, the Psychiatrist I spoke with was so nice and caring. Definitely the best out there for sure.

Absolutely horrified by my experience with Antoinette Montgomery. She called me for a phone consultation for CertaPet and rather than try to help me, she accused the psychologist I have seen for almost 5 years of “illegal and unethical” practices. I asked her what relevance that had to our phone consultation for an ESA and offered to work with a different therapist, but she allowed to interview to proceed. When discussing my support system, she again attempted to intervene in an existing therapeutic relationship when I mentioned my psychiatrist. I then told her that I felt the best course of action would be for me to receive a refund by placing a stop payment on my credit card, to which she replied “I am sensing a lot of hostility from you.” Unbelievably unprofessional clinician.

I first went with another ESA service who took my $159 plus $49 for expedited service, had me answer some questions, and immediately sent me a generic ESA letter on an amateur looking letterhead. When I checked out the therapist who claimed to have a professional relationship as well as personal knowledge of me, I found that her office address was a UPS store. There was no personal contact, just boom....a letter was emailed to me. This was not at all satisfactory to me and I knew the HOA I was presenting it to would clearly see through this. I then turned to CertaPet who was professional from the start. I completed their much more extensive questionnaire and soon I was contacted by a real therapist, with a real practice, to sign a consent form. Once that was completed, the next email was to set up an appointment to speak. The appointment was about 20-30 minutes long, and this wonderful therapist went into great detail about my case. I can honestly say that when we were done, she had the information needed to make her recommendation. CertaPet is a legitimate source with integrity and honesty and I would recommend them to anyone seeking their services.
