I've traveled with my dog multiple times and had no problem. They never questioned my letter at all. She sat on my lap and took naps. Customer Service helped me when I lost my letter and I was able to make my flight. I highly recommend Certapet!!!

Did the assessment thing and all on the 14th. It states that the wait is for 2 days till I speak with a therapist. It's been a week and I understand on the whole thing with being busy, but I haven't received a response when I contacted their email. Sites said that this is number 1 especially with customer support but... I doubt

The process was thorough but quick. Support responded in a timely manner. The therapist assigned was pleasant and understanding. I will be recommending this service.

I wouldn't trust a website that blatantly lies about their review counts just to give the appearance of a trustworthy company. On their reviews page it states that they have 8567 Trustpilot reviews. What's funny is that at the time of this review Trustpilot has them at a little over 800 reviews. If they'll be dishonest about this why would I trust them with my time, money, and mental well being.

Don’t use if you live in Hawaii or if you are in a rush. They have one therapist and they are trying your best but it’s not good enough when you don’t have a solid answer and instead they say they can’t guarantee anything. Try another service that gives a guarantee of 24 hours.

I got my ESA letter from CertaPet he process is simple and fast I have been using them for three to four years now. My appointments are always at the convenience of me the Doctor is straight to the point and there when and if the landlord ever needs more information. However, most rental places in Texas use a third party system that this letter gets screened by and uploaded to for them to verify the integrity of it and I never had a problem with anything on either side. This place is awesome!

This review is solely based on the therapist. Although, I applied on Sunday and today is Thursday, she didn't quite reach out to set the appointment, I had to email her to see when would she be scheduling the appointment. She only reached out to let me know she was assigned to me. She was a little rude from the beginning as if she had been working all day and was just over it. She of course denied my application and issued a partial refund. After our talk, I googled signs of how my ESA would help me and I was right. Although this therapist said I need to see a REAL therapist because my ESA won't help. From her tone I just should have declined and asked for a different therapist. Now I'm out of $35 after seeing that CertaPet was highly recommended.

I was a little Leary about using them, but my experience with the Physician was outstanding. Really took an interest in my mental illness and has been there for me through the whole lockdown. My chihuahua companion has been able to be by my side due to this wonderful company. Thank you for being there for the last two years.
