Sadly, should have looked at reviews - complete scam company - ordered cashmere jumper and got cheap nylon item about 3 weeks later - also London Elegance seems to be the same scam company. Waiting for 20% refund - don't rate my chances.

After contacting Cedarand leafs they offer me a 15% discount to keep these dreadful jumpers . I of course declined . They said send them back to China at your own cost . £35 for postage . Still packaged and I will contact my bank . Please don’t buy from this company

Like everyone else on here, I wish I had read the reviews first. The photos showed a lovely, boxy, cashmere jumper. What I received was trash and when I asked for a refund they tried to say they were committed to the environment so would I accept a 15% discount in order to not return it. Do not use this website.

An absolute scam! Having ordered before Christmas my Jumpers arrived today absolutely terrible quality unwearable.sent from China nothing at all like the website. For example the cardigan is shown with the top two buttons opened and the collar wide this can't be done as the seam inside the collar shows and the collar is uneven and flimsy. A complete rip-off. Don't use them

The items came from China three weeks after I ordered. The items were definitely not made of cashmere. Loose threads all over it.
No washing labels or brand labels either.
I had not realised it was not an EU company otherwise I would not have ordered.
When I looked at the website for a number to call, the number on the website does not work.
I looked at the returns policy and you have to send the items back to China! They do not provide you with the return address when you do email them. They ignore you.
I will be calling my credit card company to arrange a dispute on my card.

I wish I had read the reviews first, I wouldn’t have purchased if I knew it was being shippped from China, I can just imagine how terrible this item is going to be. Just hope I can get a refund.

I placed an order, and after I saw this reviews I felt , that the best was to cancel my order .
And so I did , even that I loved what I saw on the website, the reviews and the returning policy and the fact that they have no social media where I could see the clothes made me take that decision.
I’m giving 5stars for the impeccable, professional and polite costumer service that I received.
Soon i cancelled a couple of hours later I received a email accepting my cancellation from a lady called Paula, and next day when I emailed she replied again very quickly and very politely.
I received the refund in 2days .

So honestly speaking I feel tempted to maybe one day go through with the order and see the products for myself.
As I loved the costumer service.

Scammers!!! The products look nothing like the adverts and when you ask for refunds they muck you about and eventually say post it back to china at your own cost which is more than you paid for the clothes. Absolute fraudsters. DO NOT BUY.

Scam. Ship from China while pretending to be a UK based firm registered in Holland.

I have to say I was really worried when I read the reviews here AFTER ordering a jumper, and did initially try to cancel the order. However, I'm pleased to report what I received is actually a really nice jumper! Not quite the quality I originally expected but definitely a keeper, so I contacted Cedar & Leafs, who responded really quickly &, after a perfectly pleasant dialogue, we reached an amicable compromise that I was very happy with. From my personal experience, I would have to recommend Cedar and Leafs

Total scam and false representation!

Ordered and cancelled the order within 4 minutes but the item was still sent.

Ordered a cashmere jumper. When arrived it is NOT cashmere - just a cheap Chinese knock off.

No care labels and tatty finishing. No delivery note in packaging. No return address.

Have been offered a 15% and then 20% discount in consecutive emails. So far refusing to accept my return request and saying I will be liable for return costs to China even though company registered in Netherlands.

I am disputing this as I cancelled order within 4 minutes! Will see how that works.

Checked the reviews before ordering but these post date when I was caught out. Will seek advice from trading standards if not resolved.

Sweater synthetic. Sold as cashmere . Shockingly put together. Total waste of money . Waiting for full refund as item not fit for purpose.

WATCH OUT! These people are the same rip-off merchants who run Carro Moda and doubtless many other similar criminal sites.They are just plain thieves. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER and if you have already done so, throw the rubbish in the bin, do not send it back at your own cost and tell your friends to avoid them. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I would just like to thank those of you who have written reviews about
Cedar & Leafs. I have been very tempted once or twice but you have saved me a lot of trouble by the sound of things.One alarm bell was in their name Cedar & “Leafs” this is not the queens English.

Very poor quality item sent from China (no mention of China on website!), arrived late, unable to get refund without sending back to China at own expense (min cost > £17). Offered a ridiculous 10% discount. Website is now being flagged as dangerous by my pc security. Terrible experience, DO NOT order from this website!

They are selling the cheapest Temu clothing for 4 times the price !!!!
I was delivered only part of my order after waiting close to 4 weeks. It’s insane to wait so long for a couple of jumpers.

The two tops that arrived were of the cheapest quality and fabric, and nothing like shown on the website.
I am now reporting them to the fraud team at my bank and asking for a reversal of payment .

Shocking quality. Trying to return for a refund. It was shipped from China! Now getting ridicolous emails offering 15% off. I just want to return it and get my money back ..

I purchased a jumper from this company, advertised as cashmere. However, the product lacks any label confirming the material, and after inspection, it feels more like a mix of cotton and synthetic fibres, possibly polyester.

When I reached out to return the item, I was shocked to find that they asked me to ship it back to China, which would be very expensive for me.

It's clear this is a dropshipping company, and their return policy is not only inconvenient but also unfair given the item is misrepresented. The lack of a label and the poor quality of the fabric don't match what was advertised.

I would strongly advise against purchasing from this company. They make it very difficult for customers to resolve issues, and the shipping costs for returns are unreasonable.

A shocking , shoddy and suspicious experience.
Total waste of money and , surely illegal, position on refunds whereby they will not allow refunds to the Netherlands business address but insist customers, at their expense , send back to China!
The so called ‘cashmere’ jumper was really badly made, no labels and colours unlike the advertised product.
