Took 4 weeks to arrive, weird sizing and colour much bolder than looked on site. Had to mail for refund. Messed avout offering discounts then told would have to pay return costs to china! Very glad ibpaid through paypal and they dont have my details! Totally dodgy company.

I've now reported this as a scam. My fake goods never arrived, but more concerning is they have so many details now. To track the parcel I followed a link on their site. Check your phone for malware, report to your bank and report to a fraud agency please.

I bought a supposedly cachemire jumper on line. I was looking through the images of another well known company and the image of this jumper appeared. I liked it and bought it, thinking I was buying from the other company.
The jumper didn’t arrive for 3 weeks, it was very poor quality, no labels, badly put together and definitely not cachemire.
I tried to call them for a refund, but the phone number on their site doesn’t exists. I then email them and I was told that I could keep the jumper and they will give me a 15% refund (it went up to 20% in a subsequent email). I told them i didn’t want to keep the jumper and wanted a full refund. I was then told I could return it to an address in China. Doing this it would have cost me probably as much as the cost of the jumper, so I then agreed to the 20% refund.
It never arrived!
Stay away from this company, it is a scam!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Like all the other reviews on here, which I wish I'd read beforehand, this company is a total sham, do not buy from them! Ordered a jacket on 20th January for a birthday present on 17th February, still not received. Several emails to "Paula" who ensures me it is on the way. I have now emailed again, saying under the Consumer Rights Act, I am entitled to a refund after 30 days, failing that I will go to Trading Standards. I will wait to see if a refund appears, but very much doubt it!

Won’t give me details to return a damaged jumper. Your goods turn up after a few weeks no paperwork no return available DO NOT ORDER Fraudulent

Wish I’d read the reviews before I ordered. Same story, horrible cheap jumper arrived after several weeks- NOT cashmere. Don’t think I’ll even waste the money on returning it to China after reading about other peoples experiences. A lesson learnt!

Do not buy! Scam, ordered a jacket on 21st January, still not even been shipped. Generic responses saying nothing they can do and to keep waiting, refuse to refund. The website looked legit but clearly it's fake

Like all the others who have reviewed this company I should have read the reviews on here before purchasing a ‘cashmere jumper’. It arrived today after 14 days and is from China. Absolute rubbish, not cashmere, very small, colours not like the photo at all, I should have known and checked the reviews before I purchased. Don’t waste your time and money, I have informed the company that I would like to return and have a refund, but based on what the other reviewer’s experiences I am not hopeful, I will certainly not send it back to China, that would be good money after bad.

I purchased a jumper and found it to be not a good quality colour very tatty on the finish
If only I read the reviews on this company I would not fell for the same trap as the rest of the customers.
Still waiting for a full refund. I don't think they have heard of full refund but this garment is not suitable for purpose

Another Chinese rip off company. Rubbish product, looked nothing like the picture and was not cashmere. Straight to poor charity shop. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

DO NOT BUY! bought a jumper from here then immediately read these reviews! Bit late 🤦‍♀️ Tried to cancel order and have been promised a refund about 10 times and still nothing. I now have not received the jumper or my money back! DO NOT BUY

I have received email that goods were delivered...that had not happened...then email saying goods on way..i informed my bank and them....they then said refund had been made.. of course that did not happen...and now another email...goods on way!!!

Do not buy from this company. All products are mis-sold. Image on website does does reflect actual goods marketed. Buy a'cashnere' sweater and what you recieve is some old tat not resembling anything you thought you had purchased. Drop shipped from China. Cedar and Leafs trade from Holland. Reported to trading both in the UK and Netherlands

Is there any way we can sue this company before other people fall under their trap if a fake website with fake images of clothes that are not what they are actually selling and not from Netherlands as they state in their website? This is a complete scam

Do not use this company they sell absolute rubbish and you can’t return as it’s in Hollng Kong or China. Fake advertising nothing is cashmere and they do not have any labels in their clothes

Really difficult to get hold of customer service. The item is totally unwearable.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Like 99% of other reviewers of this company, I was mislead by the glitzy website and Netherlands address and phone number and didn’t read the returns policy (which is the only indication that products are made and sent from China). The items took three weeks to arrive, were NOT the quality expected and despite following their sizing advice, were ridiculously small and fitting nothing like the images. There were no labels of any description (size, care or materials) at all.

If I’d payed Shein or Temu prices it wouldn’t have been so much of a problem but as cost of return (to be paid by the purchaser) is worth more than the item, I’m left very much out of pocket.

Yes, their customer service operative ‘Paula’ is exceptionally polite and initially prompt in responding to emails, however after finally agreeing a cashback offer, ‘Paula’ has gone suspiciously quiet. 2 weeks later I’m still waiting for a response…and the offered cashback discount!

Like others who have left reviews I have learnt the hard way that this is not a company in the Netherlands and that the goods are cheap imports from China. I ordered 2 ‘cashmere’ jumpers which looked beautiful in the photos. They arrived with no labels, care instructions or return details. They are NOT cashmere and one will hardly go over my head it is so tight fitting. The ‘cream’ coloured one is closer to light brown. On contacting them you either have to pay postage for returns (to China) or else get promised a 15% refund. This was later raised to 20% but is clearly not going to materialise as all my enquiries have resulted in an identical fob-off response each time. Do not touch Cedar and Leafs with a barge pole - my new year started with me being £90 poorer and owning the worst two jumpers I have ever had - one unwearable.

I ordered a Ashley - Waterproof Winter Coat. I did not realise it was been shipped from China. It actually turn up earlier than i expected. Unfortunately the bottom of the coat was not finished well & It has a cheap zip which is causing me problems already by getting stuck. The Post office have said it with cost me nearly the value of the coat to return it to China. Hence once again I've been caught by buying something which was not really coming from Holland. Therefore in future I will be checking Trustpilot first when buying anything that does not clearly highlight where the item is coming from online.
