I ordered three items. took ages to arrive. two items damaged. one had marks all over it and the other had holes. Complained and they said they would investigate. Heard nothing and chased and told refund would be made. That was over a week ago and now the website down.

Oh dear ! I didn’t read the reviews but Cedar and Leaf sold itself as a good quality Netherlands based company. I’ve received nothing now for 15 days and can’t track as the link doesn’t work. So disappointing.
Update : the items turned up this morning. They were not the cashmere or wool items I had seen on their website or ordered and paid a total of nearly £200 for.
They are cheap polyester of the worst kind with no labelling.
Further update: the scam seems to be they offer lovely clothes on a great website for a company in the Netherlands. They then send cheap polyester items after some time from here in the UK I believe. When you ask for a refund they politely offer you 15% or 20% of what you spent with them saying it’s environmentally better etc etc.
Don’t fall for it. You are entitled to your money back. If they do not then go to your own bank or credit card company to nvestigate and get your money back.
The scam is the profit they make by only giving you a tiny refund
If you say no I want my money back they then tell you it has to be sent back at your own expense to a Chinese address!

Fell into the same trap sadly and being a total shopaholic, I bought two items - both utterly sub standard on receipt. I have been doing the partial refund dance with them over the past 4 days but within the last 15 mins the website has gone down so I don't expect I will get any further. They are still online under multiple different company names.

Too small. Can't return because it costs more to return than to purchase. AVOIDDDDDD!!!

I received the garment this morning. Ordered three weeks ago. I ordered a large loose fitting Cashmere
Jumper, check pattern in beautiful colours. I received a small size tight fitting jersey cotton jumper (this garment has never seen a goat!) The cheque pattern and colours in no way match the jumper I thought I had bought. Also no washing instructions included. No retailers details no product identification .
In favour I did receive a jumper. Not too unpleasant and my grandaughter may be able to make use of it. I haven’t time to go through the process of trying to return. Lesson learn’t read trust pilots reviews before you purchase anything on line.

It's a scam! Don't order from this company. I ordered from this company and have yet to receive my cashmere jumper. The link to the website is not working and I believe this is intentional.

Late delivery. Certainly no hint of cashmere. Not at all like photo. It seems impossible to get a refund.

I wish I had found reviews first. I paid £40 for a jumper and received a piece of ribbed nylon with no label. I doubt I will get my money back. How can these scammers be stopped? Disgraceful.

I ordered a cardigan which said it was cashmere and morineo wool. When I read the terrible reviews I wanted to cancel my order. I received an email from a woman named Paula who said that it was too late to cancel and would have to wait for it to be delivered. It took several weeks for it to arrive, and when it was finally delivered I was shocked at the quality and of the way the cardigan had been sewn. There was no label it was not cashmere and morineo. I spent £45.95. When I complained I was offered a 15 % discount which I did not accept. Paula then upped the amount to 30% to which I agreed only because I was afraid that I would not get my money. However still waiting for the 30% refund which never shows up despite Paula promising to send. Warning DO NO TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGEPOLE.

SCAMMERS! Do not buy from this store. Looks Dutch but is Chinese and does not offer refunds or cancellations. Realised a week into the purchase that i should have known from the poor spelling of the name Jackets did not arrive in time. when they did they were cheap, poorly made and branded GetMod, not Cedar and Leaf. No refund offered. Appalling. How can we allow these stores to come up on our search engines? There are hundreds.

This company is based in China and the clothes are of very poor quality - so not buy as if you don't like you have to return to china .

Can't believe that I was drawn in and ordered from this site, and the only consolation is that one item of the two ordered is actually wearable. The offer of a refund of 20% sounds odd. I presume that if the outfit is fraudulent, there is a danger that I am vulnerable to further fraud so I have blocked my card. There was a useful programme on you and yours radio 4 today about this type of fraud.

I’ve just had the same experience. Trading standards need to investigate. I got a cheap nasty jumper advertised as cashmere, with no label, no material or care information, no returns information

Do not use this company. Clothing didn’t look as expected, and they don’t want it back. They offered me various levels of refund to keep it or I had to return it to China - despite the company looking like it is based in The Netherlands on it’s website. So basically I had to accept the refund and it also never appeared.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY - bought three items from them none of which were as described. As many in their reviews, I bought a cashmere jumper that was not cashmere, a down jacket that was not down and a wool jacket that was not wool. They advertise from Netherlands but everything is directly from China. Returns go at very high expense back to China deterring you from returning any items. I was offered 30% off my total order, which I accepted since it covered the cost of the jumper. They NEVER credited my account. After the first 4 communications, they went totally silent.

Dreadful experience. Long wait for shoddy jumper that bore no resemblance to one advertised. Illegally sold in UK as had no labels describing material in manufacture. Going to try to chase up

Totally disappointed in this company. They are claiming to be something they are not. They are operating out of China scamming people. Don’t fall into the trap believing they are a real company. They are not so don’t go anywhere near them.

As others have said. Don't touch this company! Item arrived. Advertised as cashmere at sale price. Arrived after 2 weeks and us totally cheap synthetic and colours inaccurate. Definitely not worth 40 pounds

Ordered a cashmere jumper from them which is NOT Cashmere very disappointing i am a small and his jumper is massive
Have read all the comments and would never buy from them again and it took over 3 weeks to arrive
Contacted them and they said choose another jumper which they will send but I will have to pay for the shipping costs
Also I thought they were a British brand based over here really bad ordered feb 7th arrived feb 20 th

A scam company. Do not buy from these criminals. Ordered ‘cashmere’ jumper that was NOT cashmere. After many emails and much pressing, the company agreed a 50% refund - that was weeks ago and still no sign of my money being refunded.
