Again, the newly added 5 star reviews are from people with no review history. One review is not credible especially from all of them. Surely, some would have more than one review to their name or has this just been created for the scammers who work this site??

Ordered a jumpsuit on the 16 th April ! Now 28 th April tried emailing and can’t track order for some reason. No update or anything. Paid £44.95 so hoping I will get refund now

ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL!

Sent me a jumpsuit that is in 2 pieces- awful quality! I requested a refund immediately, was offered credit which I didn’t want. Then they asked I send them photos of the item which I did only for them to say they won’t give me a refund.
I have raised the issue with my bank and hoping to get the refund that way. After reading through trust pilot it seems I’m not alone.

Completely disreputable company. Please do not buy from them.
I needed to chase them up before any suggestion that a jumper was coming.
When it did arrive (after weeks) it was poor quality, too small despite me ordering up for loose style. It had no labels in it (size, washing instructions or what it was made of - said to be cashmere but I don’t believe it).
When I said I would like to return it, first they offered me a second jumper in the correct size for the cost of the postage and I could keep the first. When I said no they offered me a discount (all in the interests of saving air miles and carbon). I said no again and then they told me I would have to sent it to China. Registered post woujd have been half the cost of the product - and even then, I doubt I would have got the money back.
Finally I said I would accept their discount, but they apparently couldn’t put it onto my credit card and asked for my bank details and asking for the order number, which I do not have as I never got an email confirmation in the first place. I would not trust this company either my bank details.
I am very upset and disappointed; the goods looked lovely on-line.

What a dreadful company and almost lost for words which is new for me. Please please please do not believe a word of what is said. My parcel took nearly three months to arrive which would be laughable if it wasn’t so frustrating. The jumper is a horrible cheap material, poorly joined together so I just know it will fall to pieces when washed. The colour is definitely not true to the picture and is a mixture of unpleasant brown and mint green- just awful! Yuk! It wasn’t cheap and I wish I had read reviews before buying- avoid avoid avoid!!! Would question the good reviews and like another customer I wish I could give zero stars!

Unfortunately I did not read review’s before ordering and I am still waiting for my refund. I will not be providing my bank details either, as asked in order to get any refund. . So cross with myself that I fell for the scam.
Quality of goods poor and refund policy none existent.

Wish I could give no star! This is a SCAM company. Good are not what you ordered, quality is an extremely poor substitute and clothes do not have labels in. Complained about quality but no refund but haggled for 20%. Unfortunately after waiting more than 3 weeks their 'systems' unable to provide a refund (but can take payments). They would however refund by bank transfer! NO WAY giving bank details this company is a big scam based in China, not in London and not the Netherlands either. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Please keep away! This company is a scam. The goods they deliver are only remotely similar to those posted on the website.
I’ve ordered 2 soft and oversized cashmere sweaters and received something badly sewn form a thick, felted fabric, not a cashmere. Sleeves were so short that there was no way I would wear it.
I asked for a refund, as they offer on their website and the whole negotiation with Paula started.
1. They offered to send me more sweaters but I would just pay for the posting from China. I refused because I did not want to have more faulty sweaters.
2. After that they offered me some discount on my purchase. Again refused, because there was no way I would wear that.
So they told me to send it back to their headquarters in China.
I payed extra £25 for posting that and now, after over a month they keep asking me for details of the delivery and the tracking number. I just have a proof of posting by Royal Mail and there is no tracking number.
It looks like I will not get any money from them.

PLEASE KEEP AWAY FROM THEM.

Quality of item is terrible. When I requested a return and refund for faulty goods I receive emails saying one will be processed but not seen any refund.

Total scam, you won’t get your order and if it does arrive, it’ll be random goods from China!

You can’t track your item either.

Deserves zero. This is obviously a scam company. I ordered a jumper which took some time to arrive. When it eventually did, the quality turned out to be very poor indeed. On trying to return it I was offered increasing levels of discount off the price but it was too shoddy to contemplate keeping. It had to be returned to a warehouse address in China at a postage cost of £17 to me. The return instructions were to keep ‘proof of postage’. However when I tried to get my refund I was informed I needed a ‘tracking number’. There was no mention of this in the return instructions or refund policy. This whole thing is clearly a con.

This is a Chinese company which I would strongly advise against dealing with. My items did arrive but they were of poor quality and random sizing. One was the wrong colour which they said they would refund - they did not. The two items that didn't fit they tried to negotiate a 10% refund if I would keep them apparently that "was in order to save the planet". I choose to return them although I did suspect good money was going after bad but I was intrigued. My parcel is sitting in some chine sorting office with what I suspect is a fake address on it. I actually have two jumpers that are OK but really not worth the whole experience.

As others have said, this is a sham company and should be a Zero Star review. I received 2 sweaters, which were very poor quality imitations of those shown in the marketing images. When I tried to use their website to ask for their returns procedure, it had disappeared. I did receive the following response to my emailed request for their returns process yesterday:

"I'm sorry to hear that the size of the item you ordered isn't quite what you expected. I can imagine that this is a bit disappointing.
We’d like to offer you an eco-friendly alternative. Returns generate extra CO2 emissions, as the product first has to be sent back to us, then shipped out to another customer, and we’d also need to send you a new one. That’s quite a bit of emissions we could avoid together.
Therefore, we’d like to propose the following solution: we’ll send you a new size right away! All we ask is that you cover the shipping costs. This way, you’ll quickly have the correct size, and together we’re reducing unnecessary shipping emissions. As for your current item, it’s yours to keep! Feel free to give it to a loved one.
Let us know if you agree with this solution and confirm the desired size. We’ll send out the new one as soon as possible!

There is no telephone number or any other contact information for the company given in the email. Their website is still unavailable.
They won't let me return the items - instead they want me to give them more money to send additional items!! Also, my email to them didn't just state that the items were a poor fit. It also said that they were poor quality and nothing like the clothing shown in their marketing images - two points that their reply completely ignored. Nice of them to ask me to send them more money so they can protect the environment.
Like others, I should have spotted the poor spelling and bad grammar. I was duped by the visual quality of their marketing. Now I know better.

Well I too wish I had read up on this con outfit beforehand. I bought 3 of the alleged cashmere polo necks, but when they arrived I immediately knew these were NOT cashmere. True cashmere is light, super soft and feels luxurious, these felt like fakes, they were very heavy and had nylon in them and no wash instructions either, or labelling. So they are 100% not genuine cashmere, I own a couple of real 100% cashmere jumpers and you instantly can tell the difference. A total shady company. Buyers be on guard against this rotten company who sell fake cashmere which isn't cashmere at all. I am disgusted. I have contacted my bank and they have said they will dispute the transaction but I have to wait 15 days to give this company the opportunity to refund me. I suggest you all do the same with your banks especially if you paid by credit card you are covered under the Consumer Act section 75 the bank told me. So I hope to get my money back. I suggest you each try, that is the only way along with leaving negative reviews that regular people, honest people can try to prevent others from going through the same thing. Hopefully if more victims of this con do this and transactions get disputed and hopefully then reversed, this lot of frauds and scammers will feel it in their pockets rather than us feeling it in ours.

Be very careful I spent 40 on a jumper- it’s costing me 22 pounds to return it - to china! No eu distribution.. quality is very questionable

This should be minus stars. The 'Ceder and LeafS' (duh, there's a clue) website takes your money, then sends an email, which is essentially a phishing email, saying that your order is delayed and as an apology you can get 25% off your next order. This email has no order number and is sent from a mailing list ie. sent out en masse in order to trick people into spending yet more money. When I realised I'd been ripped off I tried to relook at the website but it's vanished overnight and their customer service number is dead. I've reported it as a scam website and to the phishing.gov.uk site but I guess they'll just set up another company and the only lesson I can take from this is to be more careful.

This company is a sham, the products in the sale are advertised as cashmere (no other mix of textiles) and what you receive is an unlabelled cheap nylon garment in the wrong size with zero label, no company label,no washing instructions either. AVOID.
Delivery takes about 2 weeks as the sham product is coming directly from China as the tracking shows.

Oh dear, how I wish that I had read these reviews before purchasing the checked "cashmere" jumper. Everything that has been written with regards to product description, size, quality and labelling, fit etc is true. No delivery note/ returns instructions provided. I've obviously been conned. My local charity shop will be the beneficiary of this item. Please do not use this company
