RUBBISH!!!!!!!!

Have been chasing for a refund since December 24, still havent heard back and I am now being ignored. Do not purchase anything from them they are an absolute waste of space!!!!

SCAM!! Negative stars! False advertising, you DO NOT get what is pictured and you think you are ordering. I order 3 queen sized cooling blankets and received pieces of cheap fleece the size of a dog crate blanket. I received a joke of an answer when I contacted support:

So if you choose to send it back you pay MORE in shipping, plus who knows if you even get a refund - plus they have their "product" back to scam someone else with. Or they offer a measly 20% refund to keep their trash.

Also BEWARE - I had an additional $30 pending charge to my bank account. So be alert because they try and rip you off every way they can.

Ordered a pink king cooling blanket.. Yes it will keep you cool alright as its so thin and definitely not a king size.. Maybe for a king rat thats how big oops should i say small i am so disgusted in this purchase i would like a refund this is false advertising at its best

I would give a 0… I ordered a queen size cooling blanket. I received a baby size, low quality fleece blanket. Disappointed that I only got a partial refund for it. Customer service sucks. Their products suck. Don’t order from here. I made the mistake. I hope no one else does.

I ordered 3 king cooling blankets and 3 queen cooling blankets, paid well over $100 and got some crappy dollar tree fleece blanket that’s smaller than a crib blanket for the king and something a little bigger than a standard pillow for the queen. I want my money back because that’s NOT what I ordered!!

I ordered a king size cooling blanket. What arrived was a poor quality toddler size blanket. I am currently awaiting a response to my request for a refund but I won't hold my breath. The blanket doesn't feel cool either so wouldn't have been useful even if it was the right size.

To make matters worse, they took money from my account fraudulently and when I queried this, they told me they had signed me up for a platinum membership which I did not agree to and had no idea about. They have told me that they have issued a refund but again I won't hold my breath. That's over £43, they have effectively stolen from me through false advertising, taking money fraudulently and sending an incorrect size product that doesn't work.

The satin shirt I bought arrived poorly packaged and the quality, size and colour was not as expected. Feels like this is a temu front. After raising these concerns with Cedarleafs their response was very clear: "After carefully reviewing your request, which unfortunately doesn’t fall within the scope of our return policy". How these things can be outside of return policy is beyond me. I can return the item (without refund) and I have to pay for shipping. Poor.

Awful experience and product. Supposed to be cashmere jumper - it was 3 tubes of badly knitted nylon, very poorly finished and colour nowhere near what was advertised. I bought 2 jumoers, one as a gift. How embarrasing! Never seen such a bad jumper. When I tried to get a refund I was asked to return to a chinese address. I persevered but the address in China did not exist. Please do not buy from this company. They should be called to account.

Absolute scammers. I ordered an item, it arrived but it was nothing like the picture. I emailed them immediately after ordering to tell them to stop the order and they said they already sent it, although they didn’t. I then asked for a refund, they offered me 10% or something like that. I said no. Then they offered me 15% i said no. I had to pay to return it, they didn’t accept the parcel and it was sent back. I kept asking for a refund, they kept saying they will send it and they haven’t. I ultimately raised a dispute with my bank and they had the audacity to say no to my bank, however my dispute was ultimately successful and i think the bank considered them fraudulent as well.

I have paid for shoes weeks ago and they have never arrived. I have asked for a refund numerous times and they ignore me. DO NOT USE.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS!! Would give it absolutely zero stars! Ordered a pair of ladies' patent brogues and got an ugly pair of men's shoes instead. Have been trying to contact them for a refund/return for several weeks with no response. Their customer services number is fake and they do not reply to emails. I'd be grateful if anyone could advise how to get this site shut down.

Weeks ago order seems stuck limbo over in China and Now I’ve been charged 29.99 for a monthly subscription I never authorized nor would authorize emails are. Being ignored or replied as if I did order a subscription saying welcome member and your a valued platinum customer which I am not . Called my bank

I ordered a jumper pertaining to be cashmere which turned out to be polyester. It was ordered from the Netherlands but came from China. I returned after being offered a 10%discount to an address in China which cost me £20.Thinking I would receive a full refund,it was then sent back to me 4months later!

This is a scam company who are drop shipping terrible quality items from China which do not match the pictures on their website at all. When contacted for a refund they take no ownership and will not support a refund. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

Company disgusting I ordered ea ted refund they messed about tons of email agreed to refund then they said cost to much to return so basically you do t get a refund disgusting avoid

The address in the Netherlands is a residential one.
They trade as cedar, cedar and leafs and cedarleafs and have awful reviews.
I Ordered an item. Was charged twice. My emails bounced back. The contact telephone number cuts you off . Eventually contacted via website and got a refund for the overcharge after I threatened to raise a dispute with my bank.
Eventually received the item after 2 weeks but it was too late for the event I wanted it for so when I received it I asked for a refund .
I was asked for the order details even though they were on my original email, then they stalled again by asking for a photograph of the goods received .
They emailed to confirm that it was their product but no information as to how to return the item.
I emailed again to ask for a returns label and the reply I got was to query whether I had received the item !!!
They are stalling so that they get to the 30 day refund policy limit and can deny me a refund.
Total sharks - if you havehad a bad experience and are unhappy , do report them to trading standards .

I wrote a review in January 2025 after receiving dreadful jumpers and trying to return and be refunded. Now today the parcel I sent back to China has been returned by Royal Mail after nearly three months in Shanghai customs. I doubt the address they gave me is genuine. The good reviews must be lies. Do not buy from this scam company.

Scam company. The jumper I ordered was hideous. Advertised as cashmere, but made from polyester. The sizing was laughable, the medium would fit a 9 year old. Then wouldn't give a refund. Avoid!

I ordered a boucle blazer, when it arrived it is too big, the quality isn’t too bad but also really doesn’t look like the picture on the website, I have emailed them for Julie to respond to send pictures of the item and especially of the sizing, pictures sent and asked where I can send the item back to, 3 days later a response to say that it is correct and matching with the original order but no return address given. I have emailed again asking where I can send this back to with a reply another day later to say that again it is matching with the item I ordered but due to overseas shipping that they don’t see it would be worthwhile to return as I would incur costs. Asked again for the return address stating that I very much doubt it will cost be £40 in postage and if it does that would be my decision as to whether I wanted to pay this. Do not buy from this website!! I wish I had reviewed Trustpilot before purchasing and glad that it wasn’t anymore than £40!!
