This is a Chinese company who try to copy quality clothing in their Chinese factories. You will receive a much inferior replica do not use as will not refund. I ordered what was supposed to be a lovely cashmere sweater and like other people received a cheap jumper with no labels no wash instructions not cashmere and not the same fit or style a very poor replica in synthetic material. Do not use they will not refund and will not pay for returns. All illegal I'm sure. like others I'm £40 out of pocket. They offered a 20 percent refund you keep the item but nothing on my bank as yet. SCAM altogether.

Wish we’d checked Trustpilot first. Their website looks respectable, but avoid them at all costs.

£80 paid for “cashmere” sweaters that turned out to be cheap synthetic material. When you complain they offer a 10%, then a 20% discount, before insisting you send the goods to China - despite presenting themselves as based in the Netherlands.

I suspect they won’t ever refund you, and will claim the items never arrived, so that will be another £20 down the drain on postage.

I ordered two cashere jumpers in XL so they were nice and baggy. They're a Dutch company so I knew the sizes would be for tall people. The jumpers took 3 weeks to arrive and were tiny. Also not cashmere. I asked for a returns label and have spent 2 weeks going backwards and forwards with their ridiculous customer services (which turns out to be a robot) person called Paula. All words and no action. 'She' banged on about saving the environment by offering me a 15% refund. When I pushed matters I was told I must return the jumpers to China. They're a Chinese scam pretending to be a European company. The returns postage would have cost me £50 so I have been conned and there's nothing I can do about it. They pretend to be European, have an English name, use an English phone number and a Dutch address, European models and 'customer service agent' names. IT'S A MASSIVE SCAM! I'm so angry that I've lost my money.

They are a SCAM! I have had to get my bank to put a "Charge back" on them. Keep all the emails and photographs I took of the `WILDLY different badly made polyester type material (NOT cashmere as advertised).
I am awaiting to see what happens. I doubt I will get my money back, but we'll see!
DON"T buy from this company!!!

Do not trust this company. It does not accurately decribe the items for sale. I recently purchased a cashmere jumper only to find its synthetic no label inside the item far too large and on contacting all they offer is 15% discount when I asked for a full refund!! Ridiculous!! Im going back to try before you buy also postage costs are to China so BE AWARE

If I could give No star rating then I would.
The delivery too almost 3 weeks. The tracker they offer was not informative daily.
I asked to cancel as took too long. They advised I could return and ask for a refund once it was delivered.
I’ve heard nothing since sending 3 emails.

The product is sub standard. Threads hanging out. Sewn on strip to a polyester fabric … it is like a dishcloth material.

They are ignoring my pleas for my money back

What do I do? I would like to hear from them so I can send the product back and get my money back.

This company appears totally legitimate and professional. The initial customer service is helpful. When your item finally arrives, bearing no resemblance to the photos on the website, not a hint of cashmere but a cheap synthetic mix, customer service goes quiet. You’ve been scammed!!!

Yes. A definite scam. I thought I was ordering a cashmere jumper from UK. It came from an address in China. Very poor quality. Loose seams, looked dreadful. Very doubtful it was cashmere. I said I wanted to send it back and they kept offering discounts instead. Now they're telling me I have to pay postage to send it back to China.

Scam, scam, scam.
I’ve learnt a good lesson, always read reviews before you order from an unknown company.
Very delayed delivery, in contact with Paula a few times, polite and when pushed second time, explained that the sweater was not 100% cashmere…for improved breathability, too late to cancel the order.
As others comment, loose threads, no brand, content or washing instructions sewn into sweater. It is a thin summer top not a winter cashmere garment. There was NOTHING in the bag other than ‘sweater’, no return instructions, labels etc.
Trading standards should be informed!

I ordered two cashmere jumpers which looked lovely in the photographs. They eventually arrived and were a complete disappointment - one in particular was poorly made, neither were cashmere but without any labelling to say what they were made of. The sizing was small and the colours very synthetic looking. The reply from customer service was prompt but only offered a refund of 10% which they subsequently increased to 15% in the interests of saving the planet! I accepted, but now wish I hadn't :( I should have read the reviews first.....

Wrongly described as cashmere.
The website looks as if it’s from Scandinavia where you may get good quality cashmere but it’s actually from China. I had to contact them regarding how long it eventually took to be delivered. When i found out it’s from China I knew not to expect much. From other reviews ( which I ought to have read first) I know that refunds will be a small percentage of cost. This, I expect is what they rely on!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM MERCHANT! They sell cheap tat - described as cashmere - and, if you ask to return it, it must be sent to China! Nothing they sell is as described.

The item received is poor quality and remains unopened so it can be returned.
The customer service is very polite but being offered 15 or 20 percent of the cost of the item (£6 or £8 instead of £40) seems rather unusual and misleading.
I have paid the £17 postage return cost to China in the hope of receiving a full refund but yet to see if this happens.
One month later and I have not received any refund and have had no further contact from the company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought what was advertised as a cashmere jumper in large from what looked like a decent website with an office in NL and a UK phone number. IT IS NOT. Do not make the same mistake as me. The jumper is not cashmere, the sizing they advertise is inaccurate (product comes up far smaller) and they are misleading in where this company is based, hiding in lots of ts and Cs that you have to send the product back to China. It costs more to send back than the product. The cardigan is low quality and not cashmere, a different design and colour to the website, and and is so small compared to what they share in sizing. Then when you try and return because of this they offer refund of 15% or 20% or paying for expensive delivery costs to return. If you buy from them, you will be left with a terrible quality product you can't wear. I wish I had read these reviews before I bought.

Well, the customer support works. That is all good i can say.

The item received is Expectation vs reality type of thing.

40£ just to the garbage bin.
They send from China. No name clothes of similar design.

It is not done that bad, but it is ebay type of quality.

I will try to return or exchange

Total scam - bought a jacket on line took 3 weeks to arrive - size was nowhere near what a large uk size would be. Contacted to ask for a refund and I get the same crappy reply everyone else seems to get - to avoid carbon omissions keep it and we’ll send you another one in another size just pay the postage. No thanks. I’m a lawyer and I’m going to sue them.

UPDATE - today 21.1.25 - they emailed and said I must return to china! Yeah right. Letter before claim going their way today and a claim in courts in 14 days.

I stupidly bought the famous ‘cashmere’ jumper in a rush and without checking reviews on here. It has not arrived yet (although the 4-8 days have passed) but I already know, from reading these reviews, that ill received a cheap rubbish item.

I can see that many of you have bought this jumper in the UK but been asked to pay to return it to china. The regulations governing distance selling in the UK, which include online purchases, state that in the event that a product is found to be faulty (or not fitting it’s description) you are able to reject the goods and return them to the seller at the seller’s expense. This is something the seller cannot object to. Has anyone pointed the consumer regulations to the seller?

Alternatively, did you have success getting your banks to refund the items? I don’t understand why visa, Mastercard and Amex are continuing to allow transactions to this company when surely other people must have complained about them.
