Disappointing
I've had an issue with the vape kit (poor quality and spitting e-liquid through the mouthpiece) The customer services were quick enough to respond, but I feel like I've wasted my money and time. The e-liquids themselves are quite good. Also left a review on their site, which has probably been discarded, due to the negative review.

no refunds allowed unless the product is unopened!
after doing research online about different cbd products for furbabies, i chose this company to try. i purchased the cbdfx 1000 mg oil. unfortunately, my girl hates the taste & will not take it willingly. i buy products to help my babies, not give her more stress. never thought i would have to return it but. . .so i went to the website to see how to get a refund but after reading their return policy, if a product is open, it can't be returned for a refund!!! if this company was reputable, i would be able to return the product for a full refund!

I ordered items that were available - actually out of stock - prob with web pages.
I ordered items. They sent notification that it was out of stock - went to my spam folder - I contacted them some time later asking about the order. They sent a sample of flavoured cbd as a gesture of goodwill. I waited a further few weeks then asked for a refund. It was sorted with a quick response. Hence 5 stars.

5 star customer service and great communication! But beware ordering to Finland , you can lose your money
Ordered with inernational shipping from US to Finland. Package was seized by Finnish border customs. I have waited for a week and there were no update from customs. Wrote about this to cbdfx and sent them proof (screenshots from communication with FEDEX) that package was seized... Cbdfx sent out new package for free "as a one-time courtesy" like they said. 5 star customer service and great communication!
Second package was also seized by customs and I lost my money 100+€

My name is George Daniel from Bucharest Romania, I have an online shop. I’ve made a purchase from CBDfx ( aprox. 2200 $). I had problems with customs in Romania and I was forced to send the package back. At the US customs, the personnel who managed my package opened it and destroyed a part of the merchandise. A employee from CBDfx named Joshua whom I’ve been talking all along made my life a hell telling me that It’s not their fault and I won’t receive all my money back, it’s a long story, I have all the emails and I will post them on other social media. So it’s been almost a month and many, many emails and they are making up excuses for not sending me my money back and that is aprox. 1700$. I told you guys that I have an online shop and Ive ordered from Pure Hemp Shop at the same time and when I’ve encountered the same problem, in 5 days my money where back in my account, they are professionals.
From my opinion CBDfx scamed me of almost 1800$!!! My money are in their pocket.
