Customer Service has always been within 24 hours, maybe sooner because of my time differences.
The app is super customer friendly
So easy to load the card and transfer funds to friends accounts.
Added to Apple wallet and every transaction pops up on my Apple Watch and iPhone screen, making it very secure.

I needed to change my surname and email address so I contacted Caxton customer support. My query was answered instantly and the email address change was immediate. I was also offered a replacement card in my new name but because I was travelling abroad I requested that the new card be delayed until I returned to the UK. Customer service could not have been more helpful and when I requested the new card on my return, the request was actioned immediately. Outstanding service. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a foreign currency debit card.
UPDATE: After returning from my trip abroad, I requested a replacement debit card in my new name and the response was lightning-fast and courteous as I had expected. The card arrived very quickly in the post. Outstanding service once more.

Got through on 0333 number immediately. No wait. I had locked myself out of my account. Very polite operator. Nothing was too much trouble. Even when line went dead, Keshawn rang me straight back. What amazing service. Problems solved in less than 5 minutes ( including callback). 5 stars.

When I first contacted Caxton this morning, I was really pleased with the fact that I will be able to sort out my Caxton card straight away. Unfortunately, I have not used it for a long time and could not find it and I wanted load the Caxton card to use it.
Initially there was a problem because I had changed my telephone number and I could not remember my old number but after a short while I found the old number and got the Caxton app open. The idea was that I would be able to have a virtual card which I could use in my wallet on my phone and get my actual cards in the post whilst I am away. this was a really good idea and afterwards I got all the things set up. The card said they needed activating. I needed the numbers off the back of the actual card to activate it but they are in the post. Well as I hadn’t received the cards I couldn’t activate it online so I rang again to speak to someone and he said that that you can’t do virtual cards so all the all the talking and trying to get on my app this morning was total waste of time.

Have used Caxton currency card now for quite a few years and never have I had any problems. I contacted their customer service team today with a query and the advisor I spoke with was very polite and helpful & resolved my query very quickly. In fact, any time I have called with any questions, their customer service team have been exceptional.

I had a panic when the currency I had ordered did not arrive on the day and at the time it was expected and I had no way of tracking where it was. I contacted Caxton Support by email and Keshawn got back to me almost immediately. I provided the details he requested so that he could check for me. Fortunately, as I was waiting for him to get back to me, my currency was delivered 2 hours late. Not Caxton's fault but Royal Mail's. Keshawn was very gracious when I let him know my panic was over.

I was having trouble reloading my caxton card to my phone's google wallet so I could make contactless payments. After several attempts, I phoned customer service. The friendly person I spoke to was very patient and waited while I followed his instructions on my phone. When we still couldn't resolve the problem, he said he would refer this to colleagues and email me. The email arrived promptly next day and having followed the instructions, I was able successfully to load my caxton card in time for travelling abroad. Very good service.

I had a slight problem ordering a new card as my old one had expired. I rang the help line and someone picked up very quickly. They were very polite and helpful. Very nice customer service experience which doesn't happen alot now a days. Highly recommend
