Ordering
I still haven’t received my order, and it’s been almost three weeks. First of all my package was already in Denmark where I ordered it but the sender made a mistake in my address so they returned my t-shirt. Luckily customer service was fast to respond me and now I’m waiting for my t-shirt again. And I have proved that my address was correct. I’m not gonna order from webpage again.

So far it's been a very bad experience.
I made my purchase on 07/07 and so far I haven't received any kind of update about it. I've already sent two emails asking for some kind of update or delivery date and both replies were standard emails apologizing for the inconvenience.
Although I understand that unforeseen events happen, it is not acceptable for the brand not to offer a solution or provide an expected delivery date.
These situations can't be resolved with a bunch of apologies.

Nice designs but lower than average quality.
Product designs are catchy and promoting positive messages which is definitely a plus and constituting the reason why I bought them in the first place. Nevertheless the quality of the fabric seems lower than average and most of the writings with the brand’s name printed in the inner side pealed off after the first wash.

Nice in theory, room from improvement on everything else.
I really like the whole idea for mental health and the free days of therapy were a plus.
Unfortunately the whole shipping/delivery process was not good and kind of deteriorated my experience. The shirts took more than a month to be delivered. exchanged some emails with customer service which were very polite but could not effectively assist me.
After receiving the shirts I noticed that the quality was not the best and the stamps were a bit worn off. Also we bought one shirt on two sizes and the color of the shirt was different between the two sizes which does not make sense.

Bad quality
I like the idea of the product. But the quality doesn’t meet my expectations, very bad quality, the prints that are in the t-shirt after the first wash all faded, also ruining tall clothes having lost color

Bad experience still not sure if the items will arrive
I loved the brand idea and I'm deeply disappointed in the delivery times and Customer Support. Actually I checked for reviews because I started to believe it is a fraud site. I placed my order on 12th of May 2024, and the order still hasn't left the warehouse (even though it's noted that it takes 3-10 business days for delivery). The item was on sale, so it was not preorder; I contacted Customer Support twice, and they replied with a pre-made template 'We're sorry, we'll inform you when we ship the item.'
Still haven't received my order or a genuine reply from Customer Support.
It is 13th of June and nothing has arrived yet. Even the email with the shipping information has a parcel tracking number showing Nederland’s and not Greece.
I have no idea what this company is doing. I am very disappointed.
