The staff member who I dealt with at the dealership ( I didn’t catch his name ) was super quick and efficient, it was a good experience over all.

Top marks for sales and straight forward. What let them down was the car was dirty. I had lolly pop sticks in the air vents. Paint on the seats and it stunk of wet dog. After a day both rear tyres sensors came up flashing with a malfunction. They said their valeter was on holiday. Anybody can clean a car out .....

I saw a gorgeous VW Polo online at Catalina of Stanningley, and immediately called for availability and went over to have an in-person look. Steve was fantastic and rolled down the windows for me in preparation during the heatwave. Due to me being on a spousal visa I've been rejected for finance/leasing over 15 times in the last year, and Steve managed to get me finance on the vehicle for a good price on the day!
