These used to be a good store bought peoples sttuff which helped them out was in regularly putting stuff on buy back made right fortune off me with interest now utter rubbish all want is high end electronics and jewellery, so saw on marketplace other day a graphic novel for sale 90 pound from castleford store yet when i called i to tried to sell some graphic novels was told buy all books for 10p didn't look just said all books 10p so either full of it or scammed some poor kid bought novel 10p and selling umpteen gimes the price, also bought a trek roscoe from them 800 pound tried to put on buuy back offered 60 as if so said how much if i sell it said same 60 so went home pyt on marketplace and a guy came from Manchester and bought 450,also bought a watch 75 quid from youse and was using it to put on buy back now an then then suddenly said dont take watches no more nobody wants them all use phones an smart watches yet what do i see on ads we but watches full of it. and if a operator feels like replying read the review before saying factors or condition or so an so offered 10p for all books what was told

i visited carnival mall on more than one occasion but the latest will be the last all good staff are leaving to go to other branches now know why.
I will rather stick to Benoni and Eastrand mall there you feel like you are worth something. carnival mall staff sit back and think what some of your customers are going thru and why they are selling there bellongings we dont always want to but circumstances push us to so dont treat us like .... we are actualy giving you a job remember that

The staff in the buying department at the Darlington branch have no customer service skills.

They also refuse to buy discs which were sold to me from there when they were in the same or worse condition as when I bought them.

Very rude and very unhelpful when item been on loan once before now low balling on price and once said make sure that item not scratched or damaged they say the don’t want to do loan on the item now.

Once again I highly recommend the Wallasey cash converters the staff in the such as Dan, Charlotte and Patrick could not have been more helpful and courteous will definitely be a returning customer.

Store manager is irresponsible personal. Say something else and does something else when asked to talk he pretends to be busy but not busy. Cash converters Ealing. God knows why good people leaving Ealing cash converters.
Was told will get something less on an iPhone but the same store manager didn’t even do nothing really frustrating and the way the advisor was serving me as if he was sleeping and bored. Got two phones in a day spent £600+ and still I got treated like crap.
Please guys record and keep what they saying and show it to them in future. Not a good service. Bad.

I brought a SNES classic from online from slough store . It arrived today and it turned out to be a fake product a cheap China version . I instantly rang the slough store the guy was helpful but when I rang head office a lady in payroll just gave bad attitude and said “oh well” I said why the bad attitude and she just said it’s not her problem . Please beware buying from them

In general, most staff members are friendly but I have to write this review particular to let public know that I feel disgusting with the service from this store. And urge people DO NOT interact with this store.

Basically, ordered an item online. Refunded by store saying "it was for another customer".
Ring store, got answer from store manager saying we won't do anything and you won't even get an apology for that.
Initiate the complaint process, got transferred to state manager. Exactly same answer.
When I asked what's the next step, if any. The state manager told me if I make a complaint to Head Office, the complaint will refer back to him.
From the word, he thinks he don't care about such thing. he is running the world.
*** Rude service, careless, poorly managed ***

As a customer, I can't do much. All I can do is to publish my experience.

Went into cash converters in Preston to buy a TV yesterday the sales assistant I think her name was Vanessa. She was very helpful and polite. I would definitely go in again

I took my iPhone 8 Plus for a valuation at the Exeter store, and was served by Leo. I was very impressed with the polite, efficient and speedy service I received. So much so, I have been telling everyone this is the place to go for a great deal and super service on your old devices/s.

I had a fantastic experience thanks to Mark and Tom in the brikemhead store. They helped me with pawing an item that I thought I could only have on buyback. Mark explained the benefits and really helped me out. Great customer service
