I recently purchased a camera from Cash Converters Sutton and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The item arrived in absolutely beautiful condition—honestly even better than I expected for a second-hand purchase.

What really stood out was the care taken with the packaging. It was extremely well packed, giving real confidence that the team genuinely cares about the items they sell and the customers receiving them. Everything arrived safe, secure, and exactly as described.

It’s refreshing to find a second-hand retailer that delivers this level of quality and attention to detail. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again and would highly recommend them to anyone considering a purchase.

This is my experience of the Cwmbran Cash Converters branch following a recent satisfactory purchase by mail order. The item was a Canon microphone that was described very well - in fact I also received the 'wind sock' muffler in the box that wasn't mentioned! The item came via DHL and I was made aware of it's progress in transit up to an hour or so before delivery - cracking service! The mic, once removed from the pile of bubble wrap!, was as truthfully described, mint condition in fact, plus all the Canon relevant paperwork as it if it was brand new, so I can't fault it plus works as expected. Thanks to everybody concerned at the Cwmbran branch! 5/5 easy! 👌

Every time I have needed help from cash converters in bloxwich Walsall i have always been treated with respect and the only thing I could suggest is the Buy Back Price to Get The Product renewed say if you put a phone in on buyback and they offered £30 and then to get it buy it Back the nextday or 3 days after you took it into cash converters as ive had phone's in on buyback and my ps4 1tb BO3 Edition Console that I have renewed 4 times at £16.25p for 28days i borrowed £50.00 and its £66.25 for me to take it out so £16.25 ×4=£65.00 im Buying it out tomorrow well today 20th April 2026 so thats going to be £66.25 so they have done well so £65.00+£66.25=£131.25p and i borrowed £50. But my phone a Samsung galaxy A14 i borrowed £40.00 on it at around 03.45pm and then the next morning on a Saturday I had to pay £53.00 for my phone i would have thought they would have said it has only been in for a few hours so I don't have to pay The full 53 but I still had to pay that but apart from that everything is good

I've been using the same location (Exeter ) for a decade and they've always been awesome. Unfortunately some of their new staff can't test anything more complicated than a paper clip! Very unfortunate won't be returning:(

Been using Hounslow cash converters for years and always appreciate the respect and help from Terry the manager and his team I got in the store after 5 and I knew my laptop still needed testing and wasn’t sure I would be served but as always never fail to impress and they got me served . Update to my phone replacement I received a great condition phone as a replacement last week after checking it's history it turns out the phone is listed as stolen up to now I've had no response from the store regarding the issues

Amazing service at the Washington branch, all 3 staff so helpful, gave a great price on items no longer used. Offered over double what another well know pawnbroker was offering. Left very happy with my pennies. Thanks

I’ve bought consoles and games here several times and the experience has always been fantastic. The staff at the Burton-on-Trent store always go above and beyond to help. Their consoles are reasonably priced, and they’re always happy to test items in-store for peace of mind before you buy. Friendly, helpful, and reliable — I’d definitely recommend this store.

Bought a Blu Ray DVD player online, tested it the day it arrived but it kept ejecting discs after 10-15 min. I went to store, which is not near me and to be fair the staff were helpful and did test it, but the disc they played did not eject, even though they played it over 15 minutes.
I came back home tried another disc and then hour and a half into the film it did the same. Tried another disc and again 10 minutes in ejected.
I know its not the discs I'm playing as they are spotless and I've tried different discs.
I initially paid £26 including postage but I'm just going to count this as a loss and dump this player. The amount the back and forth will end up costing me, will just add to the wasted money.
Disappointed to say the least.

Paid for express delivery and still not received goods 10 days later!! A gift for my son that wasn't sent for 4 days then been stuck with the delivery company and delayed. I'll be returning this straight away out of principle. Contacted them and they simply don't care. Despicable service I'll never order from here again. Unless you buy in store online ordering is useless.

Worst possible service from cash converters Camden. selling stuff that hasn't been checked before dispatch absolutely terrible and late ordered on 3/4 26 didn't get here until the 9/4/26 and that was express. Item was broken and unchecked before they dispatched. Emailed and got a quick reply and said sorry but had booked a collection, never turned up, never replied to any enquire emails about the collection. 3 days before next collection, if it ever happens and they still have my money. Reported to paypal. Have had good service from various cash converter branches but DO NOT USE Camden cash converters they are terrible.

Update. Customer Service replied and are so sorry about this, that and the other but basically did nothing, all meaningless words. Item collected, so now no Item, no tracking on the item and no refund. BUNCH OF COWBOYS!! DO NOT USE!!
