Well I can't thank Eddie enough for all his help, I asked him for extra pictures and further information for my Festool circular saw as I needed it posting out to me and couldn't view it due to long distance, well he went above and beyond to send all the pictures and information through in his own time in the evening, he even went out of his way to use DHL courier for me for peace of mind.
Packaging was excellent no way was that going to have any damage in transit what so ever, it was only missing a bow ha ha, and received it in less than 48 hours.
I opened the box and was amazed at it's excellent condition as opinions in condition varies, but Eddie was spot on and better than I thought it would be.
So all in all I'm buying further power tools this week from Eddie at the Southport store with total peace of mind Eddie's a total credit to cash converters and I highly recommend Eddie at the Southport store buy with confidence and peace of mind.

Brilliant service
Brilliant service.
I bought a laptop from the Smithdown Road branch in Liverpool. Unfortunately the battery was faulty .I contacted Smithdown Road and was told to purchase a replacement battery and they would refund the cost. This I did and the laptop is working perfectly , I emailed the receipt for the battery and my money was refunded straight away. I cannot fault the service or help I received and highly recommend the Smithdown Road branch. I will definitely shop there again

Un asco de sitio...todo da asco en ese lugar...todo esta en muy mal estado,sucio,rayado,amarillento etc...ya que compráis para vender después, por lo menos tened la decencia de coger productos en buen estado y no basuras y desechos.

Service is quick, staff are wonderful.
I recommend this business to anyone running low on cash, just try to keep within your limits when taking out a loan.
Interest or repayments are a little high but it's expected.

Lo peor que he visto
Mi experiencia: compre un enfriador de vinos de segunda mano en cash converters a través de ebay. El producto llego muy rapidito, pero venia sin el adaptador para enchufarlo. Ademas me extrañó que la pegatina que ellos le ponen a los productos tenia la parte de “estado del producto “ arrancado, de modo que se leia “estado del producto “ y lo que venia después arrancado. Ya empece a sospechar. En la descripción del producto en ebay ponia segunda mano y buen estado, nada de que venia sin el cargador. Les escribí y sin respuesta...
Busque el cargador por internet y no habia forma, es superespecifico de este producto. Les volvi a escribir dos veces mas, a través de ebay y de su web...nada. Los llame al teléfono: nada.
Finalmente probe el producto con el adaptador de un vecino que tambien tiene el mismo enfriador y sabeis que?: no funciona!!.
Ahora me explico la pegatina arrancada...
He pedido la devolución, y de momento tampoco respuesta.
Ellos saben que por 25 euros no te metes en follones. Se merecen que un abogado aburrido recopile casos y casos de clientes estafados y les cierren la franquicia.
Hazme caso, no compres aqui...o bueno, si eres aficcionado a la loteria o a los juegos de riesgo, adelante.

IMPRESENTABLES
SON UNOS IMPRESENTABLES
Compro online una PS4 el dia 8 de abril, la PS4 me llega el día 13 de Abril, el mensaje de seguimiento y envío llega el 14 de abril y el 15 de Abril el paquete es recogido para su devolución a CASH CONVERTERS S.A.
PROBLEMA: PS4 BANEADA (bloqueada por PlayStation Network; la consola (ID) ha sido baneada/bloqueada por un uso fraudulento y no puede utilizarse su conexión a servidores PlayStation Network)
Al iniciar la consola me encuentro con una consola previamente operativa y que una vez procedo a encenderla e iniciar sesión, aparecen 5 perfiles de antiguos propietarios, todos bloqueados (obviamente) por PlayStation Network.
Al formatearlo y restablecer dicho aparato, el bloqueo de PlayStation Network sigue operativo y con este error me pongo en contacto con ayuda_cashconverters.es y estos, después de no haberme contestado a mi primer e-mail en busca del número de seguimiento del paquete y la empresa con la cual se envía, me obligan a tomar medidas en CONSUMO y el servicio de reclamaciones de PAY PAL, una vez ellos se ponen en contacto con cashconverters que estos si contestan (claro está) proceden a la recogida para devolución por medio de PAY PAL y no por medio de su servicio de atención al cliente.
Gracias al buen hacer de Pay Pal, hoy 15 de Abril han recogido el aparato en mi casa (habiendo pagado yo los portes y obviando que no se me devolverán) y procederán a la devolución de este a CASH CONVERTERS S.A.
Me reembolsarán el dinero y yo abré perdido 23€ por mandar un paquete en condiciones pésimas, ofertado en su pagina www_cashconverters_es para que no sea ni se parezca en nada a todo lo que me esperaba en este proceso de compra/venta.
Muchas gracias y espero que esto le sirva de ayuda a futuros compradores.

Su departamento de atención al cliente no existe, por muchos email que le mandes no contestan a ninguno de ellos. También se agracederia qie pusieran el número de seguimiento del envío y un apartado para completar con información la dirección del envío.
