I had a very bad experience Car24 Service.

I handed over my car for service on the morning of 16 July 2026. After keeping my vehicle for about three days, they returned it to me in a much worse condition than when I gave it to them.

This has been extremely disappointing and stressful. I have never experienced such poor service from a company before. I expected my car to be repaired, but instead it was returned in an unacceptable condition.

I am very dissatisfied with the quality of service and request that this matter be resolved immediately.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Cars24 Dubai.

On June 30, I took my car to Cars24 to sell it. They completed the inspection, made me an offer, and I accepted it. They collected the car the very same day. Today is July 7, and I have neither received my payment nor had my car returned.

What makes this even worse is the complete lack of communication. I've spent days calling customer service, but no one answers or provides any meaningful update. I am now left without my car, without my money, and wasting hours trying to resolve an issue that should never have happened.

I chose Cars24 after seeing their advertisements promising a fast, smooth, and hassle-free selling experience. Unfortunately, my experience has been the exact opposite. Instead of convenience, I've been left stranded, frustrated, and completely disappointed.

This level of service is unacceptable. If you are considering selling your car through Cars24 Dubai, think twice. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them at all.

False advertising & lack of correction by Salesperson:
- They sold me a car with tires that had expired their safe life of 5 years and were advertised as having 50% lifespan. They did not give me any rebate on the car's price for having expired tires either.

Lethargic RC Transfer Team
- My car's RC transfer (record of ownership) for the vehicle from the previous car owner to me, is delayed by a month and is estimated to be completed by end of August. I purchased the car in second week of June. Also, the team has failed to provide me with Form 29, and Form 30 documents which are proof of the ongoing application for transfer of RC ownership. I've raised a ticket 4 days ago but the team hasn't provided them yet.

I had a very, very, very bad experience during my first visit to the showroom. I booked a test drive on July 4, 2026, for the next day, Sunday. When I arrived there, the staff made me wait for half an hour. When I was finally taken for the test drive, the car wasn't even available at the showroom someone had taken it for two days. To make matters worse, no one is giving any clear answers...This just goes to show how 'effective' these people are when it comes to their customers.

I wanted to sell my car through them but it has been a week since the inspection but I still dont have a quote from them.

I bought a car from this company, and the experience was terrible from the start. There was dishonesty, false promises, and a lack of clarity. I'm still trying to contact the company about the warranty issue, but it hasn't been resolved, and they have no solutions. All the employees I dealt with, from the purchasing department to customer service and even the customer service manager, were very bad. I advised my friend about them a while ago, and she also had a bad experience with them. I would never recommend this company to anyone because they are dishonest and have no solutions for customer problems.

I wish ZERO Star Option also was available.They claim to sell the cars in 30 mins. They inspected my car didnt even bother to give the price.After several follow up 6-7 times they gave an offer of 1 AED for a high end car.. After that when I approached them for clarification I had to do several follow up....

My experience with this car has unfortunately not been what I expected.

I paid nearly AED 50,000 hoping to get a reliable vehicle and peace of mind, but within the first week of ownership, several recurring issues started to appear.

Some of the main problems I experienced include:

• Noticeable wind noise and whistling at highway speeds
• Weak and delayed acceleration response
• The gear selector becoming stuck between P, R, N, and D on more than one occasion
• An engine mount issue, with a request for me to cover the repair cost
• The air conditioning blowing hot air instead of cold air
• Multiple workshop visits since purchase without a complete resolution of all issues

I raised a formal complaint and visited the workshop several times, but some of these issues remain unresolved to this day.

Given the price paid, I expected the vehicle to be properly prepared and free from significant issues. Unfortunately, my actual experience has been very different.

I would encourage anyone considering a purchase to look not only at the delivery experience, but also at customer experiences after taking ownership of the vehicle.

Really Unprofessional and my car came without do any Ext/Int Cleaning, Lot of micro Scratches all over the body. I doubt even they replaced all mandatory consumables. Now I am waiting customer care team decision and if its not going to revoke and refund Contract and warranty agreement money.

If not ,I will go for legal action. I have enough evidence to submit complain to DET.

Wrong information about payment.

I bought a car from Car24 and this was honestly my experience.

First of all they Negative Google reviews about them frequently disappear or get removed, which raises serious concerns about transparency and how customer feedback is handled.

After my experience, I personally would not trust their verbal promises or marketing claims.

The cars are kept in a hotel parking lot. It’s dark, tight, and you cannot properly inspect the car or do a proper test drive. You can barely even see scratches on the body properly. The cars also don’t have plates, so you can’t take them outside the parking area.

The salespeople are not honest with you. If the car has issues, they won’t tell you. In my case, the car had no service history/book and they never told me. I specifically asked and they said it had service history. That was my mistake for trusting them and not checking myself.

On delivery day when I asked again for the service book, they told me “we serviced the car ourselves, you don’t need it.”
The car had already done 72,000 km. Where is the history from 0 to 72,000 km showing if the car was serviced on time, what problems it had, what parts were replaced, and what parts may soon need replacement?

Also, don’t even think about the “1 month return” advertising. It’s mostly marketing. First, it’s actually 1 month OR 1000 km, whichever comes first. Second, they charge you AED 2500–4000 in convenience fees plus registration and other costs, and those are non-refundable. So if the car has problems, you are the one losing money, not them.

The contract they make you sign is completely one-sided and written in their favor. They basically accept responsibility for nothing and almost all responsibility is transferred to the buyer.

You may also notice some cars are cheaper than the market or have discounts compared to dealers. Usually nothing is cheap for no reason.

The advertised prices are also not the final prices. By the end, the total cost can become similar to or even higher than reputable dealerships.

They also advertise 1.99% interest rates on some cars. In my case, this was not clearly reflected anywhere in the bank contract. Even the 2.79% for later years was not properly clear. When I calculated the total amount I would repay after 5 years, it was closer to around 15%. I honestly still don’t understand how they calculate 1.99%. Maybe someone else can explain it.

After buying the car, I realized they had removed the window tint and scratched the glass badly while doing it. Some of the rear defogger lines were also damaged. Why remove tint from a car that already has tint? To sell your own tint package again? And how can a buyer prove the previous owner didn’t do that damage?
While I was there, I also saw them removing tint from another car, so I assume this may not be uncommon.

My conclusion: maybe you can still find a good car there, but inspect everything carefully, bring your own mechanic, and do not trust verbal promises. They just want to sell the car. If you know a more reputable place, even if it costs more, I would personally recommend going there instead.

Worst service. Fake information. Fake inspection reports.Totally delay. Sent my car for service under contract and returned with broken display and almost 15 days no one contacted.complained about car from day one and Its been 10 month still the problems are not fixed. Just draging the issue and trying to escape from it. Only one person handling total cars24. Not recomended to buy cars from here. They focus here only on commission and incentives not on customer satisfacion. Kindly requesting if possible follow up my case before i proceed legally against this.

I purchased a car from Cars 24, but overall experience is Bad. And they charge you too much by giving additional invoices once they collect advance payment from us. So be careful while dealing with them.

And they will inform us that they will do 150+ security checks and will do the car tinting, but all are false promises. In my case Car Horns was not working and kept a paper for tinting that don’t open glass for 24-48!hours but the tinting was Old existing one and they will cheat us.

Zero customer contact or grievance consideration. Works on their own decisions. Tampering with other parts after major service. It felt scared to even complain after sevice issues. Unprofessional behavior and if you have a lot of money to spend for no reason, you can choose them.

UNETHICAL PRICING & PREDATORY PRACTICES – AVOID CARS24!

I am beyond disappointed with CARS24. I purchased a JAC JS4 from them on February 26, 2026, for a total of AED 47,851. Due to an urgent personal relocation, I approached them to sell the car back just 45 days later. The experience has been nothing short of a financial nightmare:
Insulting Valuation: Despite the car being in excellent condition and purchased from them less than seven weeks ago, they offered a measly AED 23,000. This is a 52% value drop in 45 days. They are essentially charging me over AED 550 per day for "owning" a car they sold and certified.
Service & Warranty Trap: I paid nearly AED 6,000 combined for an Extended Warranty and a Service Contract. Despite these being 3-year contracts with 0% utilization, CARS24 refuses to offer a pro-rata refund. This shows they have zero confidence in the value of their own "protection" products.
Profit Over People: Despite explaining my humanitarian situation and relocation crisis, the "Customer Experience" team hid behind rigid policies to justify a predatory buyback price that doesn't even cover my bank's settlement costs. If you buy from CARS24, be warned: the "trust" they market is a one-way street. Once you drive off the lot, they will devalue their own certified asset by half in under two months. I had a very disappointing experience with Cars24.

I paid for a price guidance report, expecting timely delivery as it is a paid service. However, even after waiting for more than a day, I did not receive the report.

I raised a complaint through customer care, but there has been no proper response or resolution so far. Neither the report was delivered nor was any refund processed.

Due to this delay, I was unable to finalize a car purchase, which directly impacted my decision-making.

This level of service is unacceptable, especially when customers are paying for it. I hope the team takes this feedback seriously and improves their response time and customer support.

Just like to share my experience.
I chose to sell my old car and get another one through them to avail the exchange discount benefit, i booked a car and paid a token 500 and submitted all my documents for loan processing on 2 April.
On 6 April I got a message and call stating someone paid the higher token so that car was no longer available and booking was canceled.
Luckily I got my token refund back.
I was in need of a car as I had already sold my car in distress selling through them for which also there was 700 deducted from offer amount as a servicing fee.
Anyways I was offered another car and this time I paid 1000 token for exclusive on 6/7 Apr and started the loan application process.
Found out the loan got rejected in 10 Apr and now they said 999 was non refundable only 1 aed was refundable.
I wrote to the CS team requesting for help with refund due to my financial situation but got reply with few screenshots which said the token is non refundable.
Fyi I had never done test drive of any of the 2 cars.
I just trusted their process.
Now I am stuck because I need a car and token 999 said will be usable only if I book/buy a car with them within 90 days which is highly unlikely due to my situation.
Moral of the story is just consider properly before you choose which token amount to pay, making sure your loan will be surely approved and also be ready with a back up plan B if in case your loan gets rejected as you may loose your hard earned token money and stuck for 3 months and maybe lost.

Absolute Shambles of a Service...
Don't fall for the "150+ point inspection" talk - it’s a complete myth. I picked up my car and it started falling apart on the second day.
It’s been a month now, and I’ve had to send it back twice. They’ve had my car for over 10 days this time and still haven't fixed an issue that a MG service center told me takes only two hours.

To make matters worse, they hold onto your deposit for months. Their own policy says 15 days, yet here I am at day 23+ chasing them every single morning. All I get is a scripted "sorry" while they keep my money.

Beyond disappointing. Don't waste your time or money here on this platform.

Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience.
I purchased a Ford Edge 2019 from CARS24, and within minutes of driving, critical issues appeared (AWD fault, jerking, steering vibration). This puts serious doubt on their inspection credibility and QC inspection reports.
The car was taken for repair for 2 weeks, returned as “fully fixed”, yet the same issues reoccurred immediately upon driving. This reflects clear misdiagnosis or inadequate repair.
The vehicle has now been retained again for almost WEEK with zero communication, ignored calls, and failure to provide the promised inspection report at agreed time.
This is not just poor service — it is misleading and negligent, especially given the safety and quality implications.
I have formally requested a return/refund as per their advertised policy. If this is not resolved immediately, I will proceed with escalation through Dubai Consumer Protection and other legal channels.
Strongly not recommended, not "Hassle free" as they market it.

Extremely bad experience. When they show you the vehicle for test drive , everything seems OK. But slowly many issues arise in the car. Even after buying extended (premium/platinum) service package, nothing is covered. No transparency and response from service advisors is very vague and delayed. Want you to spend more at every stage with service levels being extremely low. Exaggerated pricing on cars , spare parts and servicing.
