Excellent experience with Cars24 all…

Excellent experience with Cars24 all the process and procedures were very fast all the staffs are professional.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with CARS24 UAE.

I sent my car to them on 26 June 2026 for minor maintenance, but after more than six weeks, it still has not been returned to me.

During this period, the car was involved in an accident while in their custody, and additional issues were later discovered.

The biggest problem has been the lack of communication. I received repeated promises and followed up multiple times by email and WhatsApp, but I still have no clear delivery date or proper resolution.

I have now had to escalate the matter through an official consumer complaint in Dubai.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend CARS24. A simple minor maintenance visit has turned into more than six weeks without my car, with extremely poor after-sales support and communication.

Toyota Raize 2023 from Cars24
