Good afternoon Fiona
Thank you for your review of us. These reviews are so important to us as they allow us to ensure we are giving the best possible service to our customers. We are concerned that you only gave us a 4 star review and so may we ask if there was something further we could have done to ensure a 5 star review. We can see that you placed your order in the evening and it was posted out to you at the first opportunity, the following morning. You also used our current offer which saved you 20% on your order. If we could ask you to contact us as we would love to receive some valuable feedback in the hope we can improve our service in the future. Thank you.
Why pay full price
