I have 5 of the Reasn hoodies in different colours (if I like something in one colour, I need it in every colour available!). The quality of their products are incredible, and the brand has quickly become my go to place to shop for my staple items to add to my wardrobe! Corinne from the customer care team went above and beyond to get a replacement hoodie sent out to me within a couple days of me raising an enquiry! 5 star brand and 5 star customer service💛

Had an issue with my order number and return, emailed Reasn and sent them a DM on Instagram and had a reply from Star. She was very helpful and friendly- just what you want from customer services. My issue was resolved in no time. Love the product, quality is fab and it’s a bonus they do shorter leg lengths!

I ordered over a month ago and I still havent received my order.
The customer service is basically non existent. They give you a pointless answers and over all don’t care about you. I placed the order 17.03 and the next day i got an email that my order is on the way. I checked the tracking number everyday and there were no updates until 15.04 when i bombarded them with emails. In the last email they said that they will contact me as soon as they know something. Its been 2 days since that and I saw the shipping update myself… *Also they lied in their email that they sent the package out even though in the tracking it only said that the package is in the senders warehouse.

Ordered a hoodie and when it arrived it had a small hole in the sleeve. I got in touch with customer service and Corinne was super helpful! She instantly sent a replacement hoodie out which arrived within 2 days.

Ordered 3 items in Petite Range, absolutely gorgeous quality but just too short for me (my error). Missed the return window as delivered when I was on holiday but Corinne in customer service was so helpful in getting resolved. Will be ordering again once longer length back in stock x

Absolutely love their flared leggings, I don’t think I’ll ever buy from anyone else now! Ordered the newly released hoodie from their spring launch and had a minor issue, but messaged their Instagram and Corinne sorted it out very quickly. Will certainly be making more orders in the future x

I emailed with a query and Star was so helpful and quick to response. She resolved my issue in just 1 email and I'll be shopping with Reasn again because of this🥰

I have just bought the pale blue woollen trousers and matching jacket. The quality is fantastic. Lovely zip on the top, side pockets on the trousers. The fabric is amazingly soft and so comfortable. I was so impressed with the two items that I messaged customer services to say so. I love the fact that I could buy the pieces in different sizes because I need a small for the bottoms and larger top, they fit perfectly. I also went for petite in the bottoms as I am 5ft3.5. I have been complimented 6 times during wearing them.within 2 days and have been asked the details of where to buy them. Willingly given, helping smaller independent brands is great.
Highly recommend this company.

Everything I ordered was just chef kiss, the sizing is generous, which is great as I'm a plus size, they fitted perfectly. So well done on that alone, not everyone gets it right. I have received so many compliments when wearing Reasn, it certainly makes a girl feel good. Thanks guys 🤗

Very disappointed T.shirt material not very good quality for the cost, had to return where a further £6.99 was deducted, so not only paying for returns also £2.99 admin fee!! Definitely won’t be purchasing again.

Ordered some trousers on the launch day , unfortunately received the wrong size and knew they’d sold out immediately so wouldn’t be able to get correct size.

Tried to sort out the return on the website but no easy way to do this and get a return paid for postage label. I messaged Reasn on social media and filled out the online form. This was on a Thursday and it said customer services would reply within 24 hrs. Eventually got a reply on the following Monday night asking for pictures of the wrong item. Immediately sent these back, by the Wed still had not heard any more. Was going away on hols for 2 weeks that weekend so wanted to get sorted before I ran out of time to do the return. Had to chase again. Eventually Corinne got involved & sorted out the return postage label and refund for me and was very helpful.

It was just a lot of hassle and chasing initially for something that was Reasn’s error. It has put me off a bit shopping there again

Absolutely love this brand! Yesterday they launched their spring collection and I was signed up for early access. Looked for a particular item and couldn’t see it. Think there were a lot of people on the website so when using the search function results weren’t loading properly.

I messaged the company on instagram and Corine replied! First of all can we just take a moment to take in that a company the size of Reasn actually has someone monitoring messages and replying to them, and not only that they’re replying to them within hours and you’re not being left days waiting to see if someone sees the message or not.

Corine was so helpful she sent me the link for the item I wanted to buy. Managed to order everything I wanted in the early access before general sale.

I have made several orders with Reasn and I'm part of there rewards program. I absolutely can not fault them. Everything has been perfect and the items I have returned have been down to personal choice not because anything was wrong with them. I used the credit back to Reasn account but was struggling to find the funds on my account. A quick message via Instagram and Corinne was super quick to respond and resolve the issue for me. Very impressed with the response time and she was lovely.

Clothing quality is so good for the price you’re paying, there pieces are timeless! I love how size inclusive this brand is and also their customer service is really good and friendly! Will continue to order from this brand 🤍
