I've had several items from David Nieper and I find their clothing to be very good quality. The ordering process is smooth and they keep you in touch with progress.
The only downsides to me are that I find some of their clothes a little frumpy, and I'm a bit concerned about the prices lately. I understand that we're going through a cost of living crisis, and the clothes are made in the UK, in Derbyshire, so I'll do my best to by something now and then, maybe just not as often.

Everything about this company is first class. The service is superb and time and care is given when advising. The quality of my first order was second to none. I would rather have a couple of their clothes in my wardrobe than lots of cheap ones. Made in England - what more can you ask for.

I Cannot rate this company highly enough. They manage to combine old fashioned very personal service, whilst being totally professional with a very quick turnround . I have ordered quite a few things now, they are not the cheapest but the quality is sensational, most clothes they make themselves in the UK. They also cater for petite sizes with different lengths for their clothes, much appreciated.The packaging in itself is a delight to receive. They also alter any clothes for a very reasonable price. When you telephone you immediately speak to a very charming person. They have even rung me on occasions to confirm my instructions. Well done to you all, if I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

Not only are there products beautiful and well made ,the packaging is sublime and customers services the best ,many other company's would do well to look at david niepiers structure.
I cannot rate them high enough the one company that still makes shopping a pleasure instead of stressful.

I have bought several items of clothing from David Nieper over the years and all have been of very good quality. I prefer plain, not patterned clothes and have several of their lined jersey skirts, leggings and roll neck tops. I’m writing a review to highlight their exceptional customer care - I was very impressed to get a phone call recently regarding an order which I very much appreciated.

I have been using David Nieper for many years now. The fit is excellent for the mature woman, the material is of high quality and the styles are chosen to flatter the figure.
The clothes are on the expensive side but they last for years and look a cut above the rest. Receptionists always polite, efficient and friendly. Worth every penny!

Order no 1200882209. Bit reluctant to have to write a negative review but see how many others have the company has obviously changed. I ordered a nightdress and slippers for my daughter-in-law who is ill in hospital.I contacted the company to ask if the order could send the order urgently. They replied yes they would.The despatch was very quick but the item has been stuck since the 7 October with LaPoste who say the weight is not correct. I contacted the company and was given a tracking number which just says the same. I sent a screen print to DN and have not received a reply.

I love their nightgowns even as a younger person. They are one of the few brands which produce ankle-length in proper quality. And I love the vintage designs.

Their clothes are of excellent quality and their customer service very good. I have had to return couple of things (didn't quite fit me) and there has been no hassle. Very happy to recommend. I have now bought quite a bit from them.

I bought a dress for my mum and the company couldn’t have been more helpful. They rang and helped me with the order when the dress needed altering and the attention to detail was second to none. Arrived in good time and beautifully packaged. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Dress is perfect for my daughter’s wedding. Thank you.

David Nieper offer wonderfully crafted clothing and one of the best examples of old fashioned customer care available. We buy clothing for our 93 year old mum from David Nieper, and occasionally for us daughters too.
Nothing is ever too much trouble for them and they even offer an alterations service at a very reasonable cost.

The staff are very friendly and professional. The dress I ordered arrived beautifully packaged and it is a lovely dress and very well made.
The lingerie items were also lovely.

This is a great company making beautiful nightdresses and dressing gowns but also a wonderful choice of dresses and trousers I love their trousers in a great light linen mix and a lovely choice of colours
