I bought my top to go with some white trousers for a special occasion. The ‘white’ in my top is not white but verging on cream/yellow - enough to not be able to wear it with white trousers - as in displayed in your catalogue. I love turquoise and white but was really disappointed as colouring was not as expected. Bought for event 26/07/25 and unfortunately not looked at prior so assuming too late to complain/return as purchased a few weeks ago.

I have not made any purchases with you recently...2 items I sent for had to be returned.

I recently bought a top for my mother, but strangely, their data got mixed up and my mother was sent an email about it. Concerned at this data breach, I messaged them but they seemed to think that it was somehow my fault. They even accidently copied me in on anminternal email. I lost confidence in them after that.

The trousers and top are really good not only do they fit ,the colours are subtle and they inspire confidence

The dress was beautiful, lovely colours but too short. I have since bought new underskirts to be able to wear it but would still have preferred it an inch or two longer.

I am still waiting for my garment, which was intended to be a birthday present, and taken away on holiday with me (both these dates have passed). I did receive a call advising me that you were still awaiting delivery of the fabric. I appreciate the call, but am still disappointed.

I ordered an item in the sale in the wrong size. I telephoned customer service to arrange changing the size. Because it was a sales item I thought it would sellout before I could return.
The lady I spoke to could not have been more helpful. She immediately checked if the size was available but down to two left so she arranged dispatch of the new item and I now have confirmation that my refund is being processed. I’m just grateful it was made so easy for me.

Around the 8th of July you were very helpful in finding right size - it was good to try 2 sizes. Looking forward to wearing dress at grandsons wedding at weekend.

Recently bought a. Linen blend dress - tried it on and the sleeves felt very tight. Delivery this time was quite good,but have had to wait a while in the past.

Since Wolford shut their Piccadilly Circus shop, David Nieper is the best retailer to obtain the support knee highs I need as I can't wear compression stockings.

Really outstanding quality nightdress, there is no other company in UK making exactly what I want! I really wanted to purchase a half dozen! Beautifully presented on delivery from An Post and not DPD courier etc

Great style for me - fitted perfectly. Material is lovely and falls well. Bonus is that is doesn’t crease.

David Nieper is a reliable, caring, considerate and efficient company. I have always been delighted with every garment I have purchased from them - whether dresses, sleepwear, trousers, tops or knitwear.
I appreciate the individual attention long distance and I have enjoyed visiting the factory as well.

The service was second to none. The packaging and delivery were first class, even to the point of receiving a personal phone call to notify when delivery would be. Unfortunately the items I ordered were not suitable and were not up to the same high standard. It was with regret that I had to return.

This company makes you feel you are not just a number to them but a valued customer. Packaging is done well (and no plastic!). Unfortunately the dress did not suit and I had to return it.

The nightdress was nice and soft, and my wife really liked it. It is comfortable and moves nicely
