The advisors are always very nice and helpful. I love the style of the top my most recent purchase would like that style again in plain .

Unfortunately i am now disabled, don't go out , can't cope with buttons, so do no longer buy much clothing,
but my favouite pieces are David Nieper.

I was a bit late placing my order for the triple crepe trousers. I rang the office to see how long it would take as I wanted them for cruise on 6th June. I told the lady if they wouldn't be ready in time I still wanted the trousers as I had not seen any anywhere else as good.
The lady said she couldn't promise anything but that they would do their best. The 6th June came round and I got a text/ e mail to say they were being delivered that day. We were being picked up at 12 noon so I didn't honestly think I would have them in time. An hour before there was a knock at the door, and the man handed me the box!!!I I quickly tried them on ! Perfect fit. I put them in the top of my case and off I went on holiday complete with my amazing ivory triple crepe trousers. Thank you to the team at David Nieper. You are the best. Congratulations

Very well organised - I needed to return a dress-ordered replacements. A phone call was very helpful. Almost as good as going into a shop.

Soft cotton jersey nightdress, long length (not often available), and long sleeves, ready for next winter. All my nightdresses are David Nieper. I like the quality.

A good fit but I was a bit disappointed with the weight of the top. I expected a heavier jersey cotton. Quite expensive for that material.

As always beautifully made and packed. The fit is perfect. I feel the shirt and trousers together are a bit too much so will wear them separately. A plain shirt in the same style would be good if you ever do one. The white classic tee is the best I’ve had. Well done all the team

Speaking personally to staff.
I ordered a dress which I decided was possibly better in a smaller size.
As I was concerned I would loose my discount if I ordered a smaller size I telephoned.
Everything was sorted quickly.
I am delighted with my purchase and very quick refund on the returned item

Once again I feel I receive too many catalogues with no new items featured.
There is no doubt that David Nieper clothes are of high quality, and they last. And it's good that you make provision for the larger/older lady, without being 'frumpy'. Customer service is good too.
I personally would like to see more short-sleeved dresses – even in the winter season.

It is very difficult getting quality clothing here in rural France. This company makes that easy for me to buy and send back any purchases I make (luckily only one of a dozen).
The sales staff at the other end of a telephone call are helpful and kind.

Your clothes are tastefully made, the materials are lovely and they wash very well.

Whenever I ring your office I am always greeted by your very courteous ladies, they are calm and offer practical advice if needed and never in a rush.
