Waited over 3 months and no model. Was offered refund and accepted but no refund was given ?? now I’m being ignored. Sent multiple emails rang the shop but no one ever answers. Do your self a favour and use another supplier.

Great model delivered. Well done with your despatch very prompt. Only problem we encountered was with Royal Mail they had our parcel sat at the Sorting Office for five days before they delivered. Perhaps consider using another form of carrier.

Fast delivery, nice quality product

Below is my previous review and below that is the reply promising that they would be in contact after contacting the supplier. Waited 2.5 weeks and Still nothing.
I have 98 suppliers and 672 customers that I deal with and am on top of. How hard can it be to sort this out. Simple customer service means nothing and every promise has been broken. They never reply to emails, the chat service is useless and the website has no update on my order since 31st May. Absolutely disgraceful.
Don’t use them. They take your money but never deliver or even communicate.

Quite pathetic how there can’t or won’t communicate with clients. My purchase was due for arrival end of June. Been trying to get an update ever since. No response, no attempt at any customer service. Just radio silence. I will never use them again and advise everyone else to stay away too.

I placed an order on a 1/18 scale Ford Sierra RS500 Cosworth from CMS. The price was very competitive and ultimately lead me to make a purchase. From start to finish, the whole process was easy. With a supef quick delivery, really couldnt ask for more. Cheers, Barry.

The service it second to none. The models I purchased are just first class.

Ordered a RC car for my birthday over a month in advance. Item was supposed to be delivered in "5-10 working days".

After 12 days, nothing arrived. Emailed them and they said they had not received the supply from their supplier yet and will dispatch as soon as they got it.

After 20 working days, my birthday had passed, still nothing. Emailed them again and still the same story. Basically they do not have what they are selling, and since they had already taken the money at the point of ordering, they had been sitting on my money for over a month. Poor business practice in my view, better sellers will only charge on dispatch especially for goods they don't actually have yet.

At that point, I told them I want to cancel order and a refund, they still try to offer me store credit instead, wanting to hold on to my cash for even longer. There was no offer of a discount or anything for the disappointment caused so I told them no, I just want my money back. At least the refund process was quick, but it still does not make up for leaving me with nothing for my birthday. The fact that they taken the money means I cannot put in an order with another seller before my birthday and now the item is no longer available.
