Worth The Wait
After a wait due to the release date being put back, ( not CMS fault) the model arrived and was very happy with detail of it. If anything could be improved I would say that a general email to customers advising of delays would have been preferred to save having to ask what was happening with order. Also Royal Mail advised it would have been delivered on a Saturday but ended up being delivered on the Tuesday. Possible would have been Monday but was a bank holiday.
Overall happy with service and pretty sure I will be back to order again

Good shopping experience
My order was delayed due too changing release dates not retailers fault , but when it arrived was very pleased great detail, and value for money , was well packaged so overall experience was good .

Pre-Order chase
I placed a pre-order and had to chase multiple times for updates, they failed to tell me the items were no longer coming into stock and I had to ask them after noticing the items were no longer listed for sale.
Further had to chase for the one car which was in stock to be sent with the refund issued. No compensation for the inconvenience offered.

DO NOT BUY
This company has provided me nothing but shocking service. I have had to continually chase for updates on my item for months and then when asking for a refund I never recieved it. I wasn't contacted to be told they had an issue and couldn't refund the original way and needed my account and sort code. I had to chase this again then provided the information. 5 days later and still not money. I am furious with the disgusting level of service this company has provided and they have pushed me past being understanding.
