I know the fact that i was shooting endless emails from my end on almost everyday basis. However, i was also observing that Estella was prompt and no where showed any leniency towards any communication sent from my end. I am myself working as a Customer Care - Operations Manager and i myself look for such employees who are serious about their customers. It is people like Estella due to which, despite the delay in shipment, the customers are able to gain trust on the brand and recommend the same to friends, family etc..

Great device and makes apple carplay so much more easy to use. Just jump in car with iphone and it works. Has a problem crop up after 2 weeks , turned out to be user error with not setting up my car correctly. But support team were great, quick response, clear instructions, and friendly as well. I bought the Carlinkit UHD for my Denza D9, which now supports wired Android Auto. I had issues getting it to work initially - Emailed their support and Estella got back to me asking for logs. Subsequently, she sent me an updated firmware and now it works perfectly!

I bought the Carlinkit 5.0 wireless carplay from an online store in Taiwan. After 6 months it stopped working. I contacted the technical service by email and they responded quickly. They tried to help me reset the device, but since it didn't work properly, I had to send it to China for repair. The person I was in contact with gave me a wrong address (when I checked it before sending it, it didn't appear anywhere in China) and I had to search their website for their offices to find the correct address. Within two weeks they sent it back to me repaired. I had to pay the shipping to and from the store. The wrong address and paying the shipping is the part I didn't like and that's why I give them 4 stars. At least this device has a real one-year warranty. Other devices of Chinese origin that I have bought and that claim to have a warranty, when they break down they don't have any kind of technical service.

Carlinkit a fuir surtout si achat via Aliexpress, Tbox S2 ambiant reçu défectueux, les lumières verte et bleu restent allumées , la led au milieu du boîtier ne s allume pas , et Aliexpress refuse de rembourser alors que je ne suis pas satisfait du produit , pourtant c est bien écrit retour gratuit et remboursement sur l annonce si pas satisfait, a fuir absolument !!! J ai contacté Aliexpress 3 jours après avoir reçu la commande,et Aliexpress a refusé le retour et remboursement et aucune assistance au niveau de Carlinkit malgré plusieurs demandes , de plus Aliexpress supprime les avis négatifs de leur site web histoire de faire plus de ventes !!!

I have been using the Tbox since January 2023. My car is not fitted with touch screen and I control the Tbox with a bluetooth trackball mouse. The product is a nice android box which also features wireless android auto.I am now used with this device and like it a lot.
A few days back I faced a problem with my Tbox. I was playing with some settings of the Tbox. I forgot which settings I tweaked and on the next connection, nothing was displayed on my screen. I thought my Tbox was gone forever, as I have read in a forum that many people lost their Tbox specially after upgrading the Tbox. They did not get any assistance from the stores they purchased their tboxes from
I however decided to contact the support of carlinkitcarplay.com. Their representative Coco replied and we exchanged a few emails to enable Coco fully understand the problem. Then a solution was proposed and it worked. Coco was always very polite, apologising for not replying instantly though the replies were within a very reasonable timeframe (generally 2-3 hours) and used a friendly tone all along the way.
I consider that this company knows it's products very well and provide reliable support service. I highly recommend purchasing from them and in case of trouble Coco will be there to help.
