I have the Carlinkit TBox plus that I purchased in 2023. I've used it in 2 vehicles over the years and recently had an issue with its firmware. After trouble shooting it I needed to re-flash the entire memory. I reached out to customer support with no active warranty. Coco from support services immediately assisted in finding a solution, sent me the correct files and a tutorial on how to do the work. It is now back up and running better than ever. This is a company that stands behind its product and has superior customer support and service.

I bought the most expensive device available from Carlinkit in December 2024, the TBOX UHD.
It has had some issues after some months of normal usage, I contacted the support and they sent me a firmware update procedure, which fixed the problem. In the last month, 16 months after the purchase, the item has a continuous reboot issue. I contacted the support and nothing worked, so the device has hardware problems and the support said that it cannot be fixed because their warranty covers just 1 year, while product sold in the European community should come with 2 years legal warranty.
I noticed that many of their devices have the same issue, so it is a design defect. I will never buy again anything from them

Carlinkit faulty hardware and doesn’t responds when it gives up after a couple of months and they would have to replace it.
They just stall and stall and stall until you give up.
This is based on contact with Technical Support on the 23rd of March in which they became unresponsive on the thread when they recognized they should replace the item.

I used this brand for long time without any issue, recently I purchased a Tbox 13 , I had some issues getting used to it, but after contacting their online support, Coco really made it very easy for me.
