While using your product without any issues, I unexpectedly encountered an error that made the device unusable.

After contacting your customer support team, I was able to resolve the issue quickly thanks to Estella’s prompt, professional, and kind assistance.

Carlinkit has Superior Customer Service

I have the Carlinkit TBox plus that I purchased in 2023. I've used it in 2 vehicles over the years and recently had an issue with its firmware. After trouble shooting it I needed to re-flash the entire memory. I reached out to customer support with no active warranty. Coco from support services immediately assisted in finding a solution, sent me the correct files and a tutorial on how to do the work. It is now back up and running better than ever. This is a company that stands behind its product and has superior customer support and service.

Bad devices quality

I bought the most expensive device available from Carlinkit in December 2024, the TBOX UHD.
It has had some issues after some months of normal usage, I contacted the support and they sent me a firmware update procedure, which fixed the problem. In the last month, 16 months after the purchase, the item has a continuous reboot issue. I contacted the support and nothing worked, so the device has hardware problems and the support said that it cannot be fixed because their warranty covers just 1 year, while product sold in the European community should come with 2 years legal warranty.
I noticed that many of their devices have the same issue, so it is a design defect. I will never buy again anything from them

Great customer service

Requested a firmware update file on a Saturday and was surprised to get a response the very same day! Nikki was very helpful and promptly assisted in resolving any issues I had. Device works great and allows me to use touchscreen whilst in Android Auto on my MX-5.

Carlinkit uses faulty hardware and doesn’t honor guarantee agreement

Carlinkit faulty hardware and doesn’t responds when it gives up after a couple of months and they would have to replace it.

They just stall and stall and stall until you give up.

This is based on contact with Technical Support on the 23rd of March in which they became unresponsive on the thread when they recognized they should replace the item.

During our communication with you, our technical support team provided thorough troubleshooting assistance and worked through all possible solutions to help resolve your issue. We did not ignore or stall your request at any point.

However, upon further review, we found that your product was not purchased directly from Carlinkit's official store, but through a third-party seller. As such, any warranty claims, replacements, or refunds would need to be handled directly by the seller you originally purchased from, as they are responsible for the after-sales service of the products they sell.

We kindly recommend that you reach out to the seller where you placed your order to arrange a replacement or refund under their guarantee policy.

That being said, if there is anything else we can assist you with from a technical standpoint, we remain happy to help. Our support team is always here for you.

Best device and customer service
