Pacco mai arrivato

Pacco mai arrivato. Credo che i loro prodotti siano abbastanza buoni secondo vari recensioni trovati su internet, per questo avevo deciso di ordinare la loro dashcam. Purtroppo il pacco non l’ho mai ricevuto, nonostante nel tracking mostrasse il pacco consegnato. Ho provato a contattare l’assistenza, ma niente mi girano solo il tracking che avevo già. Mi chiedo a questo punto perchè affidano un prodotto abbastanza costoso a un corriere poco serio(4px/imile). Senza nessuna firma alla recezione del prodotto.

Their support is terrible

Their support is terrible. They will not stand behind their product. Mine will not update past 63 percent. I asked for an exchange it is within the warranty. They are giving me the runaround. Not a good company to do business with. When it worked it was not bad I figured out the work around to get it to connect

Nikki went beyond expectations.

Nikki at Carlink support went far beyond expectations. I believed my audio problems were due to an Apple update. She guided me through several steps to isolate and verify the cause. She responded daily even through weekends. I am very pleased at the level of support Carlink provides for their products. It is such a pleasure to work with a company that truly cares for their customers and backs their products.
