I have had some problems with upgrade and settings of Carlinkit 4.0. Thanks to Coco support, everything is now perfect, and I can enjoy the functionalities of Carlinkit 4.0 with my old android smartphone (Samsung Galaxy A12), and my Peugeot Partner (2016 with carplay only).

I recently purchased a Carlink for a Tesla, but after just three months, I found myself needing to switch vehicles. I contacted tech support to inquire about transferring the Carlink to my new car (T-Box Basic), as I wasn't using the original one. The adapter didn't work for my head unit, so after discussing it, I sent the adapter back to China. I got a partial refund, but I'm still waiting for more than half the amount. I can't reach them by email anymore either. I can't recommend the dealer.
3 years after purchasing my Carlinkkit v2 I contacted support because I was having an issue with updating. Estella Was very quick to respond with the necessary questions and provide the firmware with instructions.
The product has been rock solid for daily use but started to have a few rare issues with freezing after both IOS 18 and my car updated. The latest firmware provided fixed these issues. Thank you!

Got 1st one and even with the circumstances they worked tirelessly to lhelp me activate till w replacement came. Questions big or small they helped and being a tech by trade the interaction ls have been amazing. They don't do like others and delay responses till warranty runs out they talk back and forth like we been known each other for years which is nice

Purchased the Carlink Kit about two years ago. The boot process took about 2 minutes which was very annoying. Contact support and Nikki responded promptly, then tech support pushed a new firmware package which solved the problem. Last week I had issues audio being broken....and again, Nikki came to the rescue. Again with quick response and detailed instructions which led to success in fixing the problem. Excellent service!!!!
