Ho comprato un dispositivo android auto 13 modello 2024 e quando mi è arrivato il 12 marzo 2025 l'ho subito provato. Non si connetteva ad Internet e dopo 2 giorni di prove che mi dicevano di fare quelli dell'assistenza tramite whatsapp, ho chiesto il reso.
Mi hanno dato un indirizzo in Germania e mi è toccato spedire il pacco a mie spese con tracciatura tramite poste alla cifra di 25€.
Il carbox android è arrivato in Germania il 21 marzo, ma sono attualmente oggi 7 aprile 2015 a scrivere per avere il rimborso in denaro.

Needed to update the firmware on my Carlinkit 4.0 and could not get connected via a browser. Contacted customer service and Rita sent a link that explained how to connect in a much clearer way than the manual.
I was able to update the firmware, and it resolved my constant power cycling issue.

CarlinKit Wireless CarPlay for TESLA
I bought a CarlinKit Wireless CarPlay Android auto Mini Box Adapter For Tesla Model 3/X/Y/S CarPlay Wireless Activator Navigation Spotify Siri iOS16 New for my new Tesla Model 3. Everything was working fine until it stopped working :-). I called the official carlinkit.store website, which responded immediately and offered me the solution, as an update of the device was necessary. Rita sent me a tutorial with the steps required for the update. After I did this, the device works great and I have had no more problems. Thank you Rita!

Blurry display when received
Product received and when installed it was like a blurry image I was contacted nikki who did a great job and resolved my issue. I am really happy with carlin as they resolved my issue and the hardware is working smoothly.
