Customer support was responsive, solved my firmware issue!
I purchased a wireless CarPlay adapter over 3 years ago, and being past warranty I was worried it wouldn’t be supported when I couldn’t get it to connect to my phone. I contacted the support team to get the latest firmware update and was greeted by Rita. Their response was timely, helpful, and I was able to get my wireless CarPlay adapter working again!

I had to replace my car system for $500 because of faulty cables, but instead I received my Carlinkit, which arrived super fast. Just plug it in, connect Bluetooth, and boom! ✨ Instant magic. It even reconnected perfectly when I got back in my car. My driving experience is so much better now! Huge thanks to Coco on WhatsApp for all the help—she was amazing! 🤩 (Driving a 2019 Nissan Qashqai). No more cables, easy peasy, and way cheaper than a full system replacement. Highly recommend! 👍

Convert Apple carplay to Android auto
I have a 2020 Lexus LS 500 that has Apple CarPlay but no Android Auto. I contacted CarLinkIt customer service and they were able to advise me to get the 4.0 dongle which piggybacks off of Apple CarPlay to set up Android Auto.

Totally unreliable company. I ordered Hardware which did not work as described. Therefore I send the Hardware back on my own costs.
Company reply : we did not receive the returned Hardware.
Therefore no refund.
My recommendation, don‘t order anything from this company.
