Carlinkit for Tesla S 2013
OK so the carlin kit arrived non functioning for my 2013 model s tesla. I had seen it demonstrated and read reviews, so I patiently followed the instructions. Then I impatiently read forums and made no progress. I emailed customer support and within 8 hrs they responded with super clear, concise simple to understand instructions with Pictures --Yes amazing fast clear instructions!!!!!! then I tested it out on my mac pro at work (cuz I couldn't wait to test it) and then when I left work it seamlessly worked in the car!!!!! So smooth!! Little bit of disconnections when my cell signal dropped but fast reconnect!! Then snappy reconnect when I got back to desk on MacPro then reconnect fast in the car ---back n forth connect seamlessly-Estella made the entire process a BREEZE! Holy cow she answers my questions fast within hours of submission -LOVE HER! All customer services need to be like her!!!!

I had a problem with my Carlink T2C in that it would not connect to my new Tesla Juniper - Nikki, from customer support was quickly on the case. An out of date firmware was replaced and all worked fine.
