Excellent after sales customer service!
Excellent after sales customer service. I had the pleasure of talking to Estella and she was able to help me resolve some technical issues I was facing when using my Carlinkit. She was also kind enough to provide other firmware versions that I can use to load onto my carlinkit device for testing.
At one point, my carlinkit 4.0 device was experiencing connection failure rates of 80% each time trying to connect and it turns out the firmware that I updated to was not suitable for my car so I rolled back to an older version with her help and resolved another issue to almost completely get rid of the failed to connect issues!

Carlinkit Support Service is Good
This is only a review of my interaction with Coco. After a prior dialog with another support rep, she was the most professional and answered my questions and delivered the required updates. I would interact with her again. I was disappointed to finally find out I could not get GlocalMe service on my Tbox Ambient. I'm now restricted to a physical SIM that only accesses one carrier, rather than multiple carriers with the CloudSim service. Very disappointed.

Excellent Customer Support
I bought a Carlinkit CPC200-U2W Plus for my Volvo and had been frustrated by connection issues, culminating in being 'locked out' from connecting to the device at all. I contacted the Support Team at Carlinkit and Coco took up my case. After sending all the relevant information through, Coco very quickly came back with the relevant firmware update file and good instructions on how to undertake the fix . After updating the firmware, I now have a fully functional unit, that now connects to my Volvo. Thank you Coco!

Null Support, keine Retoure möglich, Finger weg!
Achtung - Ware funktioniert nicht wie beschrieben und der Rückversand soll selbst bezahlt und direkt nach China geschickt werden. Mit merkwürdigen Angaben beim Zollformular. Absolut Finger weg von dieser Firma.
Von carlinkit gibt es keinerlei echten Support, es wird ständig dasselbe geschrieben ("es lässt sich ja anschließen also ok, das Problem muss woanders liegen") obwohl die Ware technisch nicht einwandfrei funktioniert und deshalb nicht verwendet werden kann. Da der Rückversand viel zu teuer ist, auf eigenes Risiko nach China erfolgt und ja keineswegs gesagt wird ob es dann das Geld zurück gibt ist das offensichtlich das Geschäftskonzept.
Es war ein sehr teurer Kauf, 165 Euro weggeworfen und viel Ärger gehabt. Und kein funktionierendes Produkt.
Ich kann jedem nur abraten hier zu kaufen. Wenn ich könnte würde ich Null Sterne geben.

Had some issues, but all resolved
When I first received my T-Box Ambient I was disappointed that my 2020 Chrysler Pacifica did not connect (even though wired Android Auto works fine). Estella worked with me tirelessly, offering possible solutions. I took several back & forth emails, but we finally got it working . Thank you Estella!
