After ordering the one curly and one straight extensions it took 2 weeks at least to get them and when I got them they did not match I also noticed that they are very heavy and uncomfortable to wear so when I tried to get a refund or return them I was jacked around for about a week and a half with emails and then told there would be no refund I could get a store credit. Why would I want to start credit I don't like the product so now I'm stuck with these hair extensions that I despise and it cost me 70 bucks and a bunch of time wasted while they led me on that they were going to refund my money. Run don't, don't walk run away from this product!

Thankful for the customer service

Took 3 weeks to get them. Looked so awesome online, but not awesome in reality. The band was super thick and impossible to fit around my head. No matter how tight I pulled it, it left big bunches and gaps. Sooo frustrating. If you have fine hair in the back forget it, because you probably won’t be able to hide the big fat wide band. I ended up getting tape ins that work great, but should’ve saved my money on this useless hairpiece. Also very ratty after a couple days of wear.

I received a halo topper whose color was way off. I sent messages to obtain a return and wanted to buy a different topper. No response from Carisma, only from their customer service who said I will be contacted. They have never tried to contact me and I now sent multiple emails with no response.

The sending was really fast, but the customer service is really bad. I wanted to send them back and have a refund because the hair didn’t fit my head size: I contacted the customer service, they responded to me really fast as well but as soon as I asked for the refund they stopped responding me. I sent several emails and now I have no news and the time to send them back is almost over. I can see where it’s going, and I’m really mad about it. I don’t recommend this website, they’re not serious and not professional to me !

The worst hair I’ve ever seen there’s a big band about 6 inches wide. It feels like a helmet in the back of your head and there’s clip clips and more clips. Save your money. Save your time. Why do I do this because I like people or I try to do the right thing.

After receiving the wrong colour I got sent the right colour to find there so thin and look fake total waste of money and I have used many halos but would not waste my money on this company

My first delivery was stolen from me and they were happy to replace it. I was so grateful. I had brain surgery and weight loss surgery and lost my hair. I tried wigs but they were either to small or to fake looking not to mention they were hot you product was great. Color match was perfect. I struggle hiding the wire but that is because of my hair being so thin . Thank you for excellent service and a great product!

Customer service is wonderful! I personally am just struggling with the hair pieces to get them to look good in my hair. So I am a little disappointed with that. The videos make it look so easy.

The hair color didn’t match at all. It had too much orange in in it and it was too big. I was told to put it on again and put it as low in the back as possible and that they look different when brand new but will look better after it has some wear. Also was told they are all a little big big…. So it was a waste…. Will not order from them again.

I found Carisma hair approachable & they answered my questions honestly before purchase. However, there were a few things that I didn't like about the product & I discussed it with them: there was too much hair to blend with my fine hair & the colour didn't match so well. They were very approachable; happy to take on board my comments & help me address the thickness issue with practical tips & I did get it looking more natural & wore it out today. The product has great potential & as they are considering a real hair version, I'll be a very happy customer.

Makkelijk terug sturen staat op de website. Ze zakken helemaal uit mijn haar en dan krijg je allemaal tips terwijl ik vraag om terug te sturen. Zit niet vast en zakt erg snel uit dus. Bespaar je het geld.

Received my order fairly quickly. The color was off just a bit but they immediately sent me another bottle and the colors was perfect. I received it that week after talking with Nicole. She was super helpful and professional. Great customer service. J

The colour match garanti/help was a lifesaver! Sweet and understanding costumerservice.
The honey blond halo is a bit heavy on the highlight part, but otherwise very colour true for a natural blond hair.

Aside from the fact that Jenny was very friendly, patient and helpful, the package arrived quite quickly, and also I was excited to see how great the halos actually are, how easily and lightly worn, how right the colour (which is not easy because my hair is somewhere between red and blonde). Overall I am 100% happy with this purchase
