Talking to Haven, a real person and not a computer has made my experience worth it. It was very much needed especially for someone who not use to extensions. She made the experience very informative, comfortable, and easy. She helped me find my current match and my future match for my wedding. I would definitely recommend to others.

Lucy totally screwed up two orders. They shipped not one but two orders to the billing address which I 💯 KNOW I double checked before hitting send.
Luxy is trying to blame me for not double checking which is 100 a LIE or my search engine which again is 💯 a LIE!!! I order all the time on the same search engine and this has NEVER happened to be let alone twice from the same place!!
I thought the first order didn't go through and did not find an email confirmation so after almost a month I ordered again and LUXY fooked up the shipping address TWICE!!
After my second order didn't come in I called my payment card and they said I had not one but two payments to Luxy YET I DID NOT RECEIVE EITHER SHIPMENT!!!

Kerry helped me to get expedited shipping when I was in chaos and needed hair extensions asap because my hair was falling out from wedding planning stress. Kerry has been so helpful and easy to talk to!

Mikayla gave me 15 minutes on a video call, advised me on the best color extensions, then there was an issue and they gave me a discount that was offered on the website but not accredited when I purchased.
Luxy Hair has great, personalized customer service. Highly recommended.

I’ve been a customer of Luxy since 2017 and ordered 15 sets of extensions from Luxy Hair, and I keep coming back for a reason. Out of all those orders, I only had one set that wasn’t up to par—and their customer service handled it quickly and without any hassle. They sent me a replacement, no stress, which honestly says a lot about a company.

I’ve tried other brands here and there, but the quality has never matched what I get from Luxy. The hair is consistently soft, thick, and blends really well with my natural hair. That’s the biggest thing for me—it actually looks natural and not obvious. Another huge plus is how little they shed—even when I’m brushing them, it’s minimal, which makes a big difference over time. And while I'm wearing the extensions as long as I occasionally brush them throughout the day I see very little tangling, if any.

Between the quality and the way they handle customers, they’ve earned my loyalty. Definitely one of the few brands I trust when it comes to extensions. And just for reference I've ordered hair extensions from 4 other big name brands and countless cheaper sets from eBay back when I first started buying extensions and still went back to Luxy every time.

Spent an insane amount of money as a repeat customer on clip in hair extensions. I have had a them for a total of 6 months and they have discolored and Look streaky over that time.. When contacting customer service they claimed they weren’t the same extension and said they declined my claim. Which is exactly why I contacted them to begin with… Very disappointing. Quality of product stinks. And a waste of money.

I hesitated to purchase a halo piece for so long, and now I regret waiting! The ultimate compliment is my husband said to me the first time I wore it-your hair looks great what did you do to it? It gives a few inches of length but the fullness allows me to wear my hair down more and is flawless. thank you!!!!”

The Luxy team helped me with my first order to color match my hair, which at the time had been dyed, faded, toned, and dyed again. Basically a science experiment. I needed something that would not only match the dyed hair but the lived-in hair color as well. Somehow, they nailed it on the first try. The match was perfect.

The hair quality? So good. And SO thick. I’ve worn extensions for about 10 years (tape-ins) and have tried brands like Bellami (very pricey for the grams you get) and HairTalk (great quality, pretty comparable). I wanted reliable clip-ins to wean off of hair extensions to let my hair breathe a bit and found Luxy. I ended up wearing them way more than expected, clearly but my hair did not suffer and actually grew quite a bit and didn't thin out like they did with tape-ins. Honestly, they gave me the best value for the amount and quality of hair you receive.

They blended so well that people constantly thought it was my real hair. They were so thick I had to leave one row out because it was too much hair. Not complaining at all, just saying.

I wore them almost daily for about 8 months and rarely took them out. They probably would have lasted longer if I had treated them a little better and not basically made them part of my personality.

I just placed my second order and had a small issue. I reached out late Friday night expecting a Monday response at best. Nope. They replied almost immediately. We messaged a bit into Saturday, and by Monday morning the issue was completely resolved. I was genuinely shocked at how fast and helpful they were, especially over a weekend.

I’m seriously impressed with this company. They do business the right way. I’ve already recommended them to multiple people and I’ll definitely keep buying from them.

If you’re considering clip-ins, don’t sleep on Luxy. Signed, a very loyal repeat customer.

PS. To those who found the hair became frizzy or did not hold a curl, you need to blowdry them with a thick bristle brush and use the right products for the hair. I treat it like it's my real hair, especially as a girl who lives in Florida and has to battle humidity daily. Hope this helps.

PSS. Also, I took the extensions to my hairdresser who cut it into the blunt cut I wanted. I recommend doing this as well just make sure to mark the placement the rows so it matches up when taking them in/out.

Appointment went very smoothly and Mikayla was very helpful in guiding my purchase. Got my extensions VERY quick (literally next day) - love that it had a piece to try on which helps because I needed to get a different shade. But allows returns to be seemless.

I’m really happy with my Luxy hair extensions. The quality is excellent, and the shade blends perfectly with my natural hair. Their customer service team was responsive and easy to work with; the agent shared several helpful videos showing exactly how to apply them. I feel much more confident using them now.
