Unlike some (not all) companies I’ve had to deal with recently regarding health, welfare issues for my 96 year old mother, it was great to be dealt with very very promptly and professionally…..

I called Careium to open an account for my mother regarding her emergency pendant alarm . Clive Tong was extremely helpful and informative. Thank you Clive for all your help and being clear on what your service provides . Extremely grateful.

Your service has been efficient & reassuring when offering a sense of safety while my Dad suffered ill health. In wrapping up matters after his death, your rep Clive Tong was thoughtful and sensitive, as well as practical - very much appreciated.

I spoke to Angela Robinson who was able to deal with my father’s account without all the usual palava that most companies put in place asking me to provide Powers of Attorney before they would speak to me. Thank you for making it so simple I wish BT and the banks would be as accommodating for those trying to help elderly parents. Glad to see some companies still operate some common sense procedures.

We have been using Careium's indoor personal alarm service for some time now with no actual emergencies, but we're always pleased with their efficient responses to routine tests. After I found my wife had (unusually) left our home, I spoke to Clive Tong yesterday about upgrading her service to an outdoor plan. He was polite and helpful, and we expect the kit to arrive this afternoon!

As a carer for my mum who has been a customer for a few years now, the care and support they provide has always been first class and the name 'Careium' says it all! It gives the family peace of mind that mum is safe in her home in the knowledge that we're only a phonecall away if she needs us as Careium will always step up if needed. Only this week on 22 May 2024 there was an problem with the smoke detectors and Yamin from Careium rang up straight away to link up the smoke detectors to their contact centre which resolved the issue. Great service as usual. Very friendly, professional and efficient 🙏

I’d actually emailed to cancel my father’s contract but Angela Robinson called me to discuss the cancellation and the reason for it. After a very reassuring conversation, and with new digital equipment on offer, I agreed to keep my father’s contract with Careium.
It was a pleasure to talk to someone so helpful and knowledgeable.

My mother passed away recently so had to cancel service. Spoke to Angela Robinson who explained what this entailed,in a friendly and sympathetic manner and arranged for technician to come and collect equipment.....Arlene

Rang to cancel my mum's Mobile Response Service today 6 May as she no longer needed it. Spoke to a lovely lady called Angela Robinson who was very helpful and explained the other services that were available should we need them. She also arranged for a pre-paid bag to be sent out for us to return mum's equipment.

I had cause to telephone Carium to cancel a contract due to the death of my mother. The person I was speaking with was Angela Robinson. She was very helpful and empathetic when I was on the telephone with her. I got all the information I required in a caring way, something I find rare these days.
