Trustworthy, Responsible, and Friendly
This order being my first from Cardotaku, and my first from Japan to USA, I was initially trepidatious. They communicated well. They accommodated a special request. They shipped my order promptly. The items I ordered were not tampered with in any way. Cardotaku is everything I could hope for in a vendor. I will order again from them again.

Cardotaku est simplement devenu mon fournisseur n°1 de carte au Japon. J'ai déjà effectué plusieurs commandes et aucun problème, toujours rapide dans les livraisons et même les produits en pré-commandes.

Client de longue date, lorsque je décide de commander et que je peux me faire plaisir, j’ai toujours un service au top. Les délais de livraison sont hyper honnête pour des produits en provenance du Japon, les emballages et colis sont tjs impeccable, j’ai jamais eu de souci avec une de mes commandes. Le seul point noir mais ils n’y sont pour rien, ce sont les frais de port, des fois un peu cher lorsque l’on veut faire une petite commande mais surtout la petite surprise des frais de douane qu’on peut recevoir quelques semaines après l’achat. Bref, je recommande fortement, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés 🙂

Hello and thank you for your purchase, as explained a first time in the email of january 10th, your package can be tracked directly on our website Cardotaku.com via the order, or in the email of shipping confirmation (and on the website of the Japanese Post Office and of your country).
A second email has been sent to you on january 17th to reassure you following a worry of your part about the delivery time. Our team, who always answered you within 24 hours maximum, confirmed that the current delivery time is quite normal for the delivery method you have chosen (epacket = economic delivery).
Moreover, our team offers a reactive and attentive after-sales service allowing to bring a solution in case of eventual loss of the package (which is currently not the case).
