I placed 3 orders for pre order and all 3 were cancelled on me. This site is an utter scam don’t deal with their terrible practices

My product was perfectly wrapped and protected. Came in a great shape box, and overall the service since then have been excepcional. Recommended store, been purchasing a lot and saving everything in my warehouse since then.

Fast shipping, great communication and a way better option than bbts

Stay away from these people! They sent me a damaged item then refuse to accept a paid return. I have to pay for something I got damaged ??? GTF!!!!! They offered me to keep it and give me a£5 voucher when the item is a write off at over £100. I paid £17 for 3 day delivery but it takes them 2-3 weeks before they deliver it, trust me I know because i have bought off them 4 times (becuase i really wanted those figures) and every time its got slower and slower. This order went missing in the first place (3 WEEKS) and then they had to redo another order in its place then it comes crushed. Anyone pleaSe tell me at what point in reality do you expect a collectable dealing company to offer the flimsiest box and the flimsiest of bubble wrap on a collectable item over £100? Yeah i used it a few times but the moment I complained about my order it come crushed? A coincidence? I do not think so I think they did it on purpose. Never again. You are basically playing Russian roulette with these guys. TBH the amount of time they take to ship it which is 3-4 weeks it tells me they dont have the stock and are buying it from somewhere else, why else charge people nearly £20 for a 3 day delivery and then don't ship it till 3 weeks later? it's not 3 days is it! When you go on the website and uyour brain screams aty you they look dodgy it's because it is.

My first order didn't ship for a while, so once I notified HB they sent it immediately as a rush shipment and gave me a 10% off coupon. My next order arrived within a week as well. Great customer service and great quality figures!

As a French customer, this website is not only a good one to get your Action Figures but it's the best one! I'm collecting Action Figures since quite a long time now and I've tried many website to get them from Japan. Hobby-Genki as never disappointing me, actually, better than that: prices are always the cheaper and the expedition are the fastest. Also, I like when I can speak to someone if I have any question and, again, the team is perfect on this side.

On the overall, I totally recommand them and I already can't wait to get another good supply from them.

There's no complications with them. Just sign up and choose what you want. Sometimes the product was out of stock very soon, but it's just because they are one of the best, for the pricing and handling the items. So for, that's why sometimes they're out of stock.
And the packaging and delivery is great. I have almost a year buying with them and I don't have any issue with the store. All my orders are delivered and perfectly packed.

Great quality figurines. Good customer service. The only downside is it took 3 months of waiting for the figurines to show up. I thought it was a scam because I didn't hear from them. Glad it's not. Will be buying from them again.

They're a fantastic store. It's my go-to place to order and pre-order Japanese imports. If a pre-order has a bonus item I know I can secure it at Hobby-Genki. Their "My Warehouse" feature has been a life (and money) saver and their customer service has been impecable.

It's very easy to navigate the site. The one thing I don't quite like is when I look up a certain manufacturer I can't choose a specific theme, e.g, when I look up MAFEX I can't pick only their Marvel figures. Otherwise they are very trustworthy and I have recommended to multiple fellow collectors

Their customer service has been very satisfactory. I would appreciate it if all product listings included the release date, as not all of them currently do—this would be very helpful.
