Buyer beware with many of these gift card exchanges but Cardcookie has always been super easy to deal with. In the rare issue of a problem, they will solve it fast.

Unreasonably slow delivery times, multiple requests to reverify my identity, poor customer service and very slow (or no) response to emails. Do NOT recommend!

Tha card didn't work,and the service replaced it with the working one very fast.

DON’T FALL FOR IT! DON’T ALLOW YOURSELF TO BE SWINDLED THE WAY I WAS.
In the last year, I have done business with six other gift card resale companies with little or no trouble. In January of 2025, I decided to give CardCookie a try. On three separate occasions I attempted to do business with this company, and the outlandish results were as follows:
01/30/25 – They sent a confirmation, charged my credit card and then canceled the order. I spent hours getting this resolved.
04/10/25 – They sent a confirmation, then canceled and refunded my order because they “couldn’t verify my payment information.” I contacted my credit card company and asked them to push the charge through. They said the charge to my card was never flagged or held up for any reason, so the issue was not with them. The issue was with CardCookie. Again, they wasted hours of my time.
05/13/25 - They sent confirmation, then asked me to verify my ID. I sent a copy of my driver’s license, and they took three photos of me. Then they canceled the order and said, “Unfortunately, after carefully reviewing the documentation you provided, we have decided that it is not sufficient to verify your account.” Seriously, folks. REALLY??!!
THESE FRAUDSTERS CONNED ME OUT OF MY DRIVER’S LICENSE INFORMATION, AND THEY TOOK SEVERAL PHOTOGRAPHS OF ME. WHEN YOU ADD THIS TO THE FACT THEY ALSO HAVE MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER AND OTHER PROFILE INFORMATION, IT IS UNDERSTANDABLE THAT THE DEPTH OF MY ANGER AND FRUSTRATION GOES WAAAY BEYOND THE EXTRAORDINARY.

I have spent thousands of dollars on gift cards from Cardcookie. Out of all the gift cards I have purchased only a handful did not work, and anytime I reached out to customer support letting them know of any issues, they got back to me very quickly providing a refund or replacement. Very satisfied.

I have made about a hundred gift cards from Cardcookie.com. I like the money I have saved. There are occasional gift card balance issues, and the customer service solved the problems immediately after I contacted them.

Tried Card Cookie, recommended from a friend. Had a question for customer service and they Instantly replied and helped me with my inquiry. Highly recommend it, fast, professional and curtious. All other sites need to follow their model, 6 stars

Received email to upload copy of my license and selfie-I am surprised that they did not want my social security card as well.
When I try to contact the company--under contact -- it just transfer me to "check the discounts" and no contact info
appear as spem

They accidentally sent me a defective Gift Card, but compensated by replacing it with one that had more value. And they responded right away to my email, even on a Sunday!

I have bought many thousands of dollars in gift cards from Card Cookie. Today, I had a minor issue with one of my cards that did not have the correct amount on it.

They fixed it in less than 1 hour after I emailed them.

Customer service was very responsive. There was an issue with my purchase and they got back to me quickly and made it right. They've always done a great job.

Good discounted gift cards. Also customer service is very prompt if any issues arise.

Terrible site ~ I submitted a selfie and valid drivers license and was denied “unable to verify identity” Really!!!!

Cardcookie took 3 days to send the cards i purchased and now the items I wanted to buy are sold out. I went to purchase other gift cards from them and when I selected checkout, the site said there was nothing to check out and those cards were no longer anywhere to be found. I understand as it was my first time purchasing from this website that they need to verify my account first but it was my first time purchasing from another website yesterday and they verified my account and sent me my gift cards the same day within an hour. There are way better sites to purchase gift cards from. Cardcookie is not it.

Have purchased close to 20 cards with no issue. Only one slight hiccup of a gift card being of a restricted type, and it was resolved in literally a few hours of emailing the support. Highly recommended.
