Over 100 purchases and zero issues. Customer service resolves any question within an hour. My go-to for discounted gift cards—highly reliable.

I have used CardCookie many times in the past, but have been receiving zero balance gift cards from them lately (Walmart), and absolutely no communication from customer service. I believe they were once legitimate, but have moved into scam territory. They do not respond to email, and I have to do a chargeback.

After my credit card was debited, they cancelled the gift card. Now I have to dispute the transaction with my bank, which can take up to 30 days. Buyer beware.

I am writing to report a significant issue with my recent gift card orders.
I have been a loyal customer of CardCookie for many years. However, with my last couple of orders, I discovered that the gift cards I received had either a zero balance or less money than what I paid for just a couple of weeks after I received them.
Following my own investigation, it appears that the balances were used by someone after the cards were delivered to me. This indicates a potential security or fraud issue that needs immediate attention.
I am requesting an immediate investigation into my recent order history and a full refund or replacement for the gift cards with the incorrect balances, in accordance with your customer guarantee policy.
Please let me know the next steps for filing a formal claim and what information you require from me (order numbers, card details, etc.) to resolve this matter promptly.

P.S. I did contact customer service as you suggested and now all my orders getting canceled. Good way to resolve the issue.

This company is reliable. Between my family and I, we've racked thousands of dollars of gift cards. Save money! And it's easy to check out at Home Depot or Walmart.

Someone sold CardCookie a gift card that I purchased and then after I purchased it, the original gift card owner made a purchase using the gift card. CardCookie refused to refund me the portion that I lost. Don’t buy from again. Avoid avoid avoid.

Bought a defective card, sent message to raise the issue and it was replaced with a bigger balance gift card.

Got ripped off buy them.... emailed me a e-gift card for a small fraction of the amount I paid for....

Purchased walmart 10% discounted e-gift card. Card value=$200.00, with the discount i paid them $180.00. They emailed me a $15.00 e-gift card....I contacted them and they told me they fixed the issue and made the e-gift card for the correct value of $200.00... I went to use the card and they made the e-gift card for $5.00 total....and contacted them again and they said they added the correct amount and NEVER DID!!!! RIPPING ME OFF OF $195.00!!!
