Broken Promise
I wrote a detailed review about my difficulties encountered while trying to do business with this company. They responded to my review (the only reason for two stars), and they ended with the following broken promise: "We fully acknowledge that it is our responsibility to ensure an excellent experience for all of our users, and that whenever that goal is not met, we need to make it right. To compensate for the inconvenience, we’ve emailed you a $100 coupon code for a future gift card purchase."

Thank you for your follow-up review. However, we do want to clarify that your review does not fully reflect what occurred.
The $100 coupon mentioned in our previous response was, in fact, sent to the email address associated with your account.
After reviewing our records, we can confirm that the coupon was originally emailed on June 9, and we also sent follow-up emails on September 26, March 18, and March 25 to ensure it was received. It’s possible those emails may have landed in your spam or junk folder, or may have simply been overlooked. In any case, it was never our intention to leave that promise unfulfilled.
To make things as easy as possible, our team has also reached out to you directly via text message and shared the coupon code once again.
We always strive to honor what we communicate to our customers, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify this matter. If you’re open to it, we would be grateful if you would consider updating your review to reflect that the coupon was provided.

They have a great selection of gift cards and excellent service! Gift cards are available for use instantly and I haven't run into any problems. I do wish some gift cards were in stock more often but it is understandable given their great discounts.

Great resource for retail arbitragers!
ArbitrageCard is a great resource for retail arbitragers or anyone making frequent retail purchases. With the browser extension, I can see if discounted cards are available without leaving the store page, which allows me to make quick purchase decisions. Plus, I've NEVER had a problem with a card balance discrepancy! Love it!

Professional and Consistent! Great Website!
This is a really great and professional place to buy discounted gift cards. It might take a day to verify yourself; but after that, you will receive your cards IMMEDIATELY.
Depending on the time of day, some other sites are really hit or miss as far as when they email your card. If you have a problem, AC's great staff like Lily or Taylor will fix it immediately.
Also noteworthy: I've bought hundreds of cards and never had an issue with one from here. I can't say that of anywhere else.

I've used ArbitrageCard on a number of occasions and have always had a positive experience. Delivery is super quick. Their risk system can be a little picky but the ArbitrageCard team was always super fast to resolve any issues.

Do not use this company
They will take your information from your drivers license to "verify you" then proceed to not process your purchase. Undoubtedly they are selling your information.

Cards have always had an accurate balance
