I attempted to purchase Best Buy gift cards but ran into repeated issues with this platform.

Initially, my order was declined with a message stating that international cards are not accepted. I then used a US-issued debit card and received the exact same error, which makes that message clearly misleading.

I contacted support and was told my account could not be verified. I followed their instructions and successfully completed phone verification using a US number.

After that, there was no meaningful follow-up. I did not get confirmation that my account was approved or any guidance on how to proceed. Instead, I received an automated survey asking me to rate my experience.

At no point did they clearly explain what the actual issue was or whether I would be able to complete a purchase.

This feels like overly aggressive fraud controls combined with poor communication. If you are outside the US, even with legitimate US payment methods, expect problems and no clear resolution.

Have purchased dozens of gift cards on Cardcookie over the past year. I rarely have an issue but when I do, they've had fantastic customer service. This past weekend, I had an issue Saturday, and it was resolved Sunday. I highly recommend them to buy gift cards!

I haven’t bought any gift cards from here yet but their website has a very cool link for me to check balances on my 6 Walm gift cards lying around, found out i still have good amount of funds left. Thanks Lol

I have been a customer for many years and it had few issues until recently. I placed an order for five Apple gift cards, and two of $25 cards could not be redeemed. Contact the customer service and they did reissue two cards, but one of them only contained $0.05 cents instead of $25 that I paid for. I sent email to them repeatedly and included the screenshot for the $0.05 card. They finally issued me another $25 card.

I understand that there might be scammers trying to take advantage of their website, and I give credit for their customer service for helping customers resolving the issues. However having repeated errors in a single order is extremely troublesome, and it shows their poor quality control. They do need to beef up their game in anti-scammer practice, or they might lose many long-time customers like myself.

Several orders have gone smoothly. And customer service was quick to respond and fix the one time I needed them.

I have bought gift cards for several other suppliers with quick service and not issues. This place doesn't answer your e-mails, cancels orders even though the credit card used shows the transaction, (they claim they cannot verify the credit card). It is much more trouble than they are worth. Seems like a strange way to do business.
I will use other providers whose service is far superior to this Company.

They ask you for all kinds of ID verification and then ghost you. So now they have a picture of my drivers license, ph# & address. None of the other gift card websites require this. I wish I would have avoided them and hope others learn from my bad experience.

Great discounts and fix issues promptly

I've been a customer for years but after the second experience where I bought cards that had already been used and reported them for a refund, the company just blocked me of something. They stopped accepting my transactions and claims that my cards couldn't be processed for payment when I had just been using the same cards on their website. I understand there need to prevent and minimize front, but I reported a legitimate transaction that had been fraudulent toward me, not the other way around. The company won't answer support emails anymore. Very sketchy and unfortunate

The platform is amazing, I have been using it for over 2 years and benefiting from the savings it offers. I have had occasional issues when the balance has a mismatch, and cardcookie resolves it immediately. This gives me the peace of mind and also the trust and confidence to keep coming back each day.

Very accommodating. I love ordering from this company. Even when there’s a mistake here and there they are very quick to solve any issue. I have been a customer for years and will continue to buy gift cards knowing my order is protected.

Decent discounts, good card selection. On the rare occasion that customer service is required, they are very responsive.

Favorite gift card store! And I’ve used many. Easiest checkout and delivery plus the best discounts! Cards often issued in minutes else overnight. Balance issues promptly resolved, even on weekends, by a very helpful support team.

It's reasonably quick, as advertised. I've used CardCookie for a few years now, I've made thousands in purchases. I've only ever had issues twice and each time they responded instantly and fixed it. What more could you ask for?

No phone number. Some cards unusable. Takes way to long to approve even a $10 gc. Email support is unresponsive. DO NOT Recommend. Try CardCenter.

I ordered gift cards and they asked to verify my identity and submitted photos of me and my driver's license and they denied my verification. Now I'm wondering if this is a scam this website is running to steal peoples identities. I sent emails to their customer support and all have been unanswered. I recommend staying clear of this website.
