I did not to even want to give this…
I did not to even want to give this company 1 star. They delivered my daughter’s terracotta tiles and so many of them were broken she didn’t have enough. She complained and their response was the tiles are delicate. Well yes they are so why deliver them in a large pallet which had nothing to protect them. They delivered some to replace the broken tiles but yet again poorly packed and broken. They refused to refund and just kept sending emails detailing the tiles were delicate and needed to be cared for - yes the company should have cared for them in packaging and delivery. Truly an awful company - dishonest and very poor customer service! ☹️😡

We are constantly working hard to find the best balance between providing protection during the shipping of our products and minimising the environmental impact of our packaging. We also work closely with our delivery partners to ensure the consignments are handled with care.

Looking at the tracking details, I can see that a delivery attempt was made on 22/10, but no one was available at the property. Following this, there was a request from you for the parcel to be redirected to a pickup location, which is where it is currently being held.

Total lack of customer service and quality control
Unfortunately I never even got to order my tiles due to their lack of customer service and oversights of quality control. I ordered 6 tile samples and was sent the wrong colors. OVER 2 WEEKS AGO I requested the correct colors be sent and they have failed to respond to all 4 of my inquiry emails about the issue. So not only do I not have tiles, but my tiler has been delayed for the project AND they won't reply so I can get a refund on my order. Very sadly, If this is how they treat you prior to the order even being placed, I am not sure what quality service or products you would get after purchasing.

So pleased to get these beautiful turquoise tiles… not only were they exactly what I was looking for but they were greatly reduced.
The website was so easy to use. I ordered some samples and they came so quickly. As soon as I opened the box I knew what tiles I wanted so ordered them straight away as stock was limited.
I haven’t had them put up yet as I’m waiting for a new bathroom, but can’t wait to see the results.

Nice tiles, but colours off.
Tiles are lovely, but one of the boxes was a totally different shade. Matt black instead of shiny grey/black.
I contacted Ca’ Pietra with pictures and was expecting them to say they’d send another box for me (as Victorian Plumbing did when the same happened). But they just advised me to buy some stone guard spray from them and spray them when fitted. :o
This was my 10% wastage box out of 18 boxes at £28 each so now I have to hope I don’t waste any tiles. :(

Awful customer service
Ordered 50 sqm of Marlborough Porcelain Parquet tiles on the 9th of September, via a retail partner (Clapham Park Bathrooms). Was told it would likely come back into stock on the 3rd of October, give or take a few days, subject to change etc, which is understandable. Chased this up all of last week as we need to give our builders and kitchen installers a heads up. Am told today (2nd of October) that the earliest it will be restocked is 14th of October. Called Ca Pietra and spoke to Karen, and explained my dissatisfaction at a) the delay in delivery and b) the lack of communication given the knock-on effects of delaying building works. Essentially zero customer service, blaming it on all on the suppliers and I was on the receiving end of a response in keeping with "tough luck". Have bought tiles from Porcelanosa, Mandarin stone and claybrook for the project and can confirm their customer service is miles better. Terrible experience of ca pietra so far and will avoid in the future.

No sign of a refund - three weeks after returning unused tiles!
Still waiting on a refund - it has been three weeks now. The tiles are beautiful, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired! Despite chasing multiple times by phone and e-mail, and their website saying refunds will be processed within three days of receipt, I am still without my money. I don’t think I will use this company again. This is not an acceptable way to operate a company in 2024.
