Thank you to Matt to making sure my gift exchange luncheon with my colleagues was a success! The basket I had ordered was coming from a 3rd party and was locked up in massive shipping delays. Matt offered to reimburse the shipping cost, but when I told him the purpose for the gift (that I'd ordered almost 2 weeks before) he scrambled and quickly told me they would create a "like" basket in house and ship it out next day, at no extra cost to me. The package was beautiful. But it was incomplete, the gift card to rent movie was missing. And the root beer was replaced by coke.

However, once I let them know about the mishap, they quickly and kindly helped me solve the problem. And I will likely make more purchases in the future. :)

I ordered Halloween baskets for gifts. This is the first time I have ordered from Canteberry gifts. They arrived on time and both families who received them were so excited and enjoyed the baskets. I will order from Canteberry again in the future. I appreciate their service and quality.

I placed an order over a week ago for my sister-in-law and she still hasn't received it. I complained online and Matt, the owner, contacted me with his apologies and refunded the cost. He’s still sending my gift basket out at his company’s expense. Great customer service for sure!!

It was okay. The pretzels were broken open and were stale. The stuffed animal is super soft and cuddly. The hat was cool, but to be honest, it wasn't worth the money. I will probably not do this again though.
