Candy washing machine is absolutely usless.
The control bord keeps blowing any time we have a power outage.

Even when unplugged before a power outage the plugged back in after it .

Absolutely garbage waste of money these washing machines should be taken off the market.

Ni jednu nezasluzujete zvezdu,masina koja je u garantnom toku kvarila se bog sam zna koliko puta,a za ovih skoro pet gidina vec 4 puta cekam deo koji stize iz Italije i koji se ceka dve tri nedelje.Ja sad vas pitam da li vi mislite da mi imamo 5 masina za vec pa svaki dan palim drigu ili da smo je kupili da nam stoji kao fikus u kuci?!Vas ovlascenj servis kaze na to da on nemoze da ima sve delove na stanju,a ja vas pitam za sta su oni ovlasceni,i koji su to delovi koje imaju,ili se kod mene bas kvare ti sto nemaju?!O da ko nama posle nadoknadi ta dva do tri meseca izgubljena sto smo cekalj delove.

my freezer has been broken for weeks now.

the complaint was registered on 24th september.

candy reached out to arrange an appointment on Friday 3rd october and told me 'we will come this weekend'. I told them this wouldnt work as it was too last minute and i had plans. I told them I am available on Tuesday 7th Oct (I WFH on this day ), but i told them i needed a time confirmed as i have meetings. They refused to confirm a time with me. Tuesday came, and i was in meetings all day (they rang when I was in a meeting so i couldnt answer), but we exchanged texts to confirm 4pm. I was then told 'they would try to come 4pm, if not they will come tomorrow'. Once again, i told them this isnt suitable as I wont be home, i will be in office. My landlord then reconfirmed Tuesday 4pm with them and assured me they would turn up. It is now 5:30pm, and no one has arrived. I then get a message 'cant come today'. I tell them how disappointed with the service and they tell me its my fault because 'you didnt pick up the call this morning'.

My freezer does not work, and im wasting food and money as the food in the freezer isnt freezing properly so could give me food poisoning.

This company is an absolute joke, void at all costs.

Absolutely awful.
My new dryer barely lasted past 6 months before breaking. Trying to get any assistance from them, despite still being under warranty has been painful - initially it was my fault (it wasn’t) and then telling me they’ve referred my case to an engineer so it’s their problem now… yet the company has had absolutely nothing from candy so can’t do anything. Not worth the hassle at all.

Lave vaisselle en panne depuis début juillet retourner 3 fois au service âpres vente toujours en panne et en réparation au 3 octobre sans aucune solution nul à ne surtout pas acheter candy

I would give this a 0 if I could- worst costumer service ever and very poor machine. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy anything from this brand! Have been trying to contact them for weeks to fix my washing machine which didn’t even last 1 year and they are impossible to reach!

Sèche linge 459€ livré emballé sans défaut. Après enlèvement des emballages plastique et polystyrène effectué 2h après la livraison, constat que l'appareil cassé sur le plateau. Prise en compte de la réclamation chez Cdiscount immédiatement. 30 jours plus tard, la machine est toujours au milieu de notre cuisine car Cdiscount indique attendre retour de CANDY. LAMANTABLE !

Depuis peu, les caches en plastique à l'intérieur du tambour de la machine à laver se sont détachés et de ce fait. Mon linge est abîmé.

Le service client m"accuse d’une mauvaise installation, malgré une installation standard (pose et branchements classiques.

L’achat d’un pack machine à laver + sèche-linge : le sèche-linge est également jugé très médiocre, inférieur à un appareil d’entrée de gamme.

Je me sens Très frustrée et lésée par la marque.

Je mentionne que c’est la première fois que je laisse un avis sur un appareil ménager.

Conclusion :

Marque déconseillée sans réserve.

My Candy washing machine is less than 2 years old, but out of the 1 year warranty. There is a sharp part on the metal drum inside the washing machine that is snagging all my clothes. Lots of stuff ruined. Very poor manufacturing! I will have to buy a new machine as well as replace bedding, towels and clothes!

I rang up, and finally booked an appointment after being sent to three different departments.
I was charge £160 for a fixed price repair and free parts, half (£80)to be returned if unrepairable, the engineer turned up on time and was courteous, he looked at the appliance felt the condenser, put a multimeter on it and said it that which is faulty, he went outside and made a call, he came back in and said its been written off so I should get an exchange, he then took some further photos made another call and said, your on the one off repair so Candy will be in touch to give you some options which they still haven't over one month later, he never attempted a repair even though he knew what the fault was, a week later I received an email saying it was unrepairable and we'll receive a refund, no offer of a new appliance which is in the T&C, since this email I have sent 8 emails, to differing departments, chasing up my refund, chasing up the offer of a discounted product if unable to repair, they haven't even had the courtesy to respond!
My advise is avoid at all costs, I'm a fridge down, and £160 down for someone to look and say yep its faulty!! crap service

I purchased a Candy dryer on 10/01/2024. As of today (24/09/2025), 623 days have passed, which is about 89 weeks. Using it only once a week means I have used it less than 90 times in total. Despite such light use, the dryer has already broken and makes a very loud noise. After checking online, I found that many other customers reported the same issue, which clearly shows it is a manufacturing fault. Unfortunately, Candy refused to help, simply saying the warranty had expired. Very poor customer service and extremely disappointing quality – I will never buy Candy again.

Marque candy et service client déplorable au bout d’an le tuyau de mon lave linge ne tient plus et les programmes ne fonctionnent pas. Donc
Il faut changer des pièces le technicien est en vacances donc pas de remplaçant
Le rendez vous prévu n’a pas été valide donc report du rdv.depuis 2 mois en attente d’être réparée.

J'ai acheté un lave-linge Candy qui est tombé en panne moins d'un an après. J'ai donc contacté l'assistance Candy qui me réclame un contrat de garantie alors que j'ai la facture et que j'ai enregistré mon produit sur leur site lors de mon achat. Sans ce contrat pas de réparation. Donc produit et assistance non fiable. Très déçue, je ne rachèterais pas cette marque

Bought a brand new Candy/Hoover washing machine, during the cycle the internal drum continually hits the external casing, it's 2 days old !!, done 2 light washes, £180 call out repair ABSOULTE DISGRACE, I will never buy candy/hoover products again.... ever . Oh and Argos who sold it..waste of time

on m'a livré un micro onde le 1er aout 2025 via mon cuisiniste , qui n'a jamais fonctionné!!! à ce jour toujours aucune action de candy malgré mes écrits. service après vente déplorable station technique pas mieux il faut a tout pris éviter cette marque.
La solution à était trouvé par mon cuisiniste que j'ai mis sous pression

⚠️ Avoid this tumble dryer and the company behind it. Mine has been recalled three times. Each time I’m left waiting weeks for an engineer, unable to use it in the meantime.

What’s worse is the communication – or lack of it. They don’t tell you what’s wrong, they just send an email with an appointment date and no explanation. You have to call to find out, but the phone lines are impossible to get through to. If you try WhatsApp, they simply tell you to call, so you go round in circles.

They offered me a £45 “goodwill” payment, but even that requires calling them… and of course, nobody answers.

The whole experience has been stressful, time-wasting, and shows complete disregard for customers. If you’re thinking about buying from this brand, think twice.

J’ai acheté un four de la marque Candy via Veepee. Dès la réception, il avait une petite déformation, comme s’il avait pris un coup. Première utilisation : cuisson d’une pizza → erreur 60. Une semaine plus tard : le four ne marche plus du tout → erreur 67.

J’ai contacté le service après-vente : Veepee renvoie vers Candy, Candy renvoie vers Veepee. Finalement, Veepee me transmet des numéros de réparateurs, mais ces derniers disent que la main-d’œuvre reste à ma charge et que seules les pièces sont couvertes. On m’explique même que je dois louer un camion pour déplacer le four !

J’ai rappelé Candy et, en plus, l’accueil téléphonique a été hautain et désagréable. C’est pourtant leur marque : ils devraient assumer leurs responsabilités. Un four à 600 € qui ne fonctionne pas après une semaine, c’est tout simplement inacceptable.

Résultat : un four inutilisable, aucune prise en charge sérieuse, un parcours du combattant entre Veepee et Candy. Je suis déçu, en colère, et je regrette totalement mon achat. Plus jamais avec Veepee ni Candy.

Candy, cette marque chinoise filiale du groupe Haier, trompe le public.
J'ai acheté un lave-linge de la marque chez une chaîne de magasins française (celle qui fait du pain...) il y a plus de deux ans. Il y a quelques jours, j'ai reçu un courriel d'un prestataire du fabricant, Feefo, m'invitant à laisser un avis sur ce lave-linge. J'en écris un qui n'est pas négatif. En retour, ce prestataire m'informe qu'une "équipe de modération a rejeté certaines parties du commentaire pour les raisons suivantes : Jurons ou langage inapproprié". C'est assez risible car cela est faux. Après enquête, il s'avère que ce fabriquant et son prestataire sont coutumiers de la chose. J'ai simplement mentionné que Candy était désormais une marque chinoise, depuis son rachat par Haier. Si "marque chinoise" constitue un juron pour cette compagnie, je suis très inquiet pour l'équilibre de ceux qui la gèrent. Et en fait, il s'agit d'une censure pure et simple puisque mon commentaire tronqué et falsifié est introuvable.

Une Catastrophe, extrêmement déçue…acheter sèche linge et machine à laver les 2 on des problèmes de joints…
Machine à laver probleme de cerclage au bout de 3 mois ( pendant qu elle était en route) NON GARANTIE
Sèche linge joint qui se décolle plus E21 depuis 5 mois NON GARANTIE
Donc on doit se débrouiller par contre pour avoir versé 1000€ y à pas de soucis
Le SAV reste très limite
Soyez clair dans vos garanties
C’est la dernière fois pour cette marque qui est devenue une catastrophe

Si ho comprato ad aprile un frigo candy..dal negozio in paese..è risultato con la portiera con dei bozzi siamo a settembre ancora non è venuto nessuno a cambiarlo dopo mille sollecitazioni
