Nobody is waiting
Since our flight was delayed, we couldn't pick up the camper on the scheduled day. We couldn't understand why no one from Canadream was waiting for us; as a result, we had to book a hotel unexpectedly, and our first campsite reservation was forfeited.

We appreciate you sharing your experience. We are sorry to hear about the difficulties you encountered with your delayed flight and the impact it had on your camper pickup and initial campsite reservation. We are reviewing our procedures to prevent similar situations.
Very good RV
Very good RV, no problems during the journey, quick and helpful check-in and professional (industrial like) check-out.
Attention: The deposit with credit card is very expensive, because CanaDream withdraw the money (5.000$!) and gives it back after the rental time - so 2x50,- or more Can$ expenses are incurred for the renter. That´s unnecessary, because taking a place on the credit card would be sufficient and much cheaper for the customer!!

We hired a truck camper
We hired a truck camper from Cana Dream for 8 nights in July this year and had the best experience. Communication before and during our time in Canada was great. Pick up and drop off were very efficient and smooth. We loved the truck camper. It was very comfortable and big enough for the two of us. The condition of the camper was very good despite being a few years old, it had only minor wear and tear. The truck was very new. The kitchen equipment was a bit disappointing compared to what we had in other rentals. We would definitely rent from Cana Dream again and can highly recommend this company for your Canada adventure

Everything was absolutely perfect
Everything was absolutely perfect. We truly appreciated the professional, zero-wait handover of the vehicle, which was in excellent condition, as well as the equally seamless and quick return process. The company has everything perfectly organized.
Our only very minor piece of feedback: when picking up the vehicle, we asked why a camping table wasn't included with the camping chairs. The staff simply told us that tables aren't rented out with the equipment, without any further explanation. So, before hitting the road, we bought our own camping table, as we’ve never experienced European campsites coming with their own tables. This turned out to be completely unnecessary, as every single campsite we visited had a picnic table as part of the standard setup. No one mentioned this to us, and it was our first time visiting Canada. We ended up not using our purchased table even once and just left it with the vehicle when we returned it. But this is just a small detail; we probably should have looked into it ourselves beforehand.
Otherwise, we were absolutely thrilled. The service is impeccable, and we highly recommend this company!

We are delighted to hear that you had such a positive experience with our vehicle handover and return process, and that you found our service impeccable. We truly appreciate your kind words and recommendation.
We also appreciate your valuable feedback regarding the camping table. We understand how frustrating it must have been to purchase a table unnecessarily, especially when visiting Canada for the first time. We acknowledge that our staff could have provided a more comprehensive explanation about the prevalence of picnic tables at Canadian campsites. We will use your comments to improve our communication with future customers, ensuring they have all the necessary information for a smooth and enjoyable trip. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
Generell Feedback
The service during pickup and drop-off was perfect. However, the vehicle we received was extremely worn, and not everything worked—for instance, the hot water. The awning was also locked out of use; while this is stated in the terms and conditions, it is not the case with other rental companies. Having traveled with another provider four times before, I am well-qualified to judge this.

Svar från CanaDream RV - Calgary
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad the pickup and drop-off experience went smoothly, though we understand your disappointment with the condition of the vehicle, the hot water issue, and the restriction on awning use. Your comments regarding vehicle maintenance and how our policies compare with other rental providers have been shared with our team for review.
The Camper was absolutely great
The Camper was absolutely great. A little to small for my son (1.85 meter). But it will do.
The belongings we required were there.
We had a great trip.
There were a few little things we would change. But nothing big. Great service and good material with enough explanation at the beginning of our trip.

Svar från CanaDream RV - Calgary
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the Nespresso machine you booked in advance was not available at pick-up.
We understand how disappointing this must have been, especially with a scheduled 1 p.m. slot and a reservation made well ahead of time. We also appreciate your comments about the check-in recommendations and will share this feedback with our team so we can review add-on preparation and guest communication.
