Brooke was amazing at check in and thorough during her explanations of the RV features. We had a wonderful trip and the RV was everything we’d hope for and more. Definitely will use canadream again for future travels.

All good, but...
All good. Nice and clean RV. Equipment sould be more. The times to pick up and bring back the RV are unflexible and expensive

We appreciate your positive feedback on the cleanliness of our RV. We understand your concerns regarding equipment and the inflexibility of pick-up and drop-off times. We are always looking for ways to improve our services.
We had a great family vacation with 6…
We had a great family vacation with 6 adults in a MAX Plus. Two of the beds were quite uncomfortable but we did find room to sleep six comfortably. The vehicle was in decent shape with a few minor issues, leaking pipes under sink and grey water backing up. There was plenty of storage. We checked in as soon as the email arrived and still only found very early times for drop off! So you loose a day as pickup is in the afternoon and drop off in the morning. We found some fees above the cost of rental a bit extreme - toaster, early check in, late drop off, coffee maker, etc. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

We appreciate you sharing your experience. We're glad you found ample space and storage for your family vacation. We regret that the beds were uncomfortable and that you encountered plumbing issues; we are addressing these maintenance concerns. We also understand your frustration regarding the check-in/check-out times and the additional fees, and we are reviewing our policies to ensure a more transparent and convenient process for our guests.

Very efficient and friendly service
Very efficient and friendly service. RV was excellent. Staff at drop off point even took extra time to take apart sofa temporarily to get at some cards that we had lost. Would definitely recommend and use company again.

We're delighted to hear that you found the collection and drop-off process easy! It's wonderful that our RV was perfect for exploring Canada.
On attend encore 30min.

The lady that showed as the vehicle and explained everything to us was very nice and made us feeling completely comfortable. So she was the one at the desk in Calgary where we delivered the RV. She made the check out process very easy and smooth and was very nice and professional.

Nobody is waiting
Since our flight was delayed, we couldn't pick up the camper on the scheduled day. We couldn't understand why no one from Canadream was waiting for us; as a result, we had to book a hotel unexpectedly, and our first campsite reservation was forfeited.
