The equipment could be better - for an RV with 6 sleeping places there were only 4 plates, cups, glasses etc. each. The sink was missing its plug, so the water kept running straight through. For 4 people we only had 3 duvets and 1 blanket - and that with temperatures of minus 1 degree at night.

Great service, RV could be newer.

Tanto la recogida como la devolución de la RV fue tremendamente fácil. Al llegar revisaron lo que teníamos previamente contratado y nos informaron de que habíamos seleccionado cosas que no necesitábamos, permitiéndonos cancelarlo en ese momento.

El único problema que tuvimos durante nuestro uso fue que en el momento de la recogida cuando nos informaron de que debíamos hacer ante un golpe no nos dijeron que debíamos también dar parte a la policía. Insistiéndonos luego mucho por correo electrónico en que lo hiciesemos a pesar de que no estabamos ya en el lugar donde tuvo lugar el incidente y de que no disponíamos de teléfono canadiense. En el clausulado figura que si no se da dicho parte, la empresa no se hace cargo de los costes del arreglo a pesar de tener seguro a todo riesgo.

Todo lo demás fue perfecto.

Everything was really great! Motorhome was awesome, easy to drive, well maintained.

A superb experience. This was my first time in an RV, and it proved excellent. Simply prepare your campsites, and Canadream is the finest choice for a wonderful trip.

Service was great and the CanaDream RV was very complete. We enjoyed our holiday with CanaDream!

New vehicle 1/2 year old, well equipped. Mattress of the large bed was a bit worn out, but that is the only minus point. Everything worked out great.

CAMPER WAS ok? Very clean and all in place

Great RV, clean and everything provided that was ordered, we were first timers in an RV so handover at initial pick up could have been better, hand back of RV was good, no issues with RV itself through the 10 days. Would have given 5 stars but person doing handover and same person doing the check on return could have been better, he alone cost your company the 5th star. For first timers when plugging in electric cable on sites ensure blue light on plug radiates, we weren't told this and on the first site drained the RV battery as connection was incorrect.

Reliable van, clean and met our needs.

Although we were happy to get started, with the administration efficiently done, we felt our introduction to the vehicle was rushed, and details brushed over. The generator was found not to work and we were told we’d need to manage without and this was a stress as we knew we had a three night stop booked in a site with no electricity.

We had understood that on return of the vehicle, the tank should be as full as when we took it (the issuer had said ‘ fill it up as full as you got it’; my husband photographed the number of miles and I got the impression they’d established an agreement over specifically what he meant). Husband put it back to this before we returned but were then told the red marker on full was what was required, not the same miles to empty and we were effectively fined on top of the extra fuel charge to full, which I felt unfair. This fine would have been waived if we’d returned to the fuel station to rectify things ourselves but we had a flight to catch later that morning so didn’t dare. I thought as a gesture of good will this small fine shouldn’t have been added to our bill.

After our trip we had nice emails thanking us for taking care of the van. I would used the company again as overall our trip was enjoyable and successful and the accommodation comfortable. And in fact t the lack of generator wasn’t an issue at all.

Our better understanding of the fuel issue for next time would remove this irritation.

The pick-up and drop-off process was very quick, easy, and straightforward. The motorhome seemed almost new and was in very good condition. We had no problems at all during our trip.

Whenever we had a question, either during the booking process or while travelling, we always received a very quick response. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout.

We would definitely book a motorhome with CanaDream again.

The only small negative point was that the awning could not be used. We personally did not need it because of the temperatures and the good campsites we stayed at. However, I understand that after there have been many issues with awnings, they can no longer be used. It would be great if an alternative, such as a small tent or shelter, could be provided. Buying one just for the holiday does not really make sense.

Overall, we had a great experience and would happily rent from CanaDream again.

This was the first time we have rented an RV. The cost was astronomical. $5000 for 4 days. We will not be doing this again.

It wasn't until the handover that we learned we were getting an 8.5-meter-long motorhome—a real challenge for RV novices. During the orientation and handover formalities, the CanaDream staff took plenty of time to answer all our questions and discuss useful add-ons and insurance options. There was no pressure from other customers or tight schedules. The RV had been thoroughly checked—it had even had an engine wash. All fluids were topped up, and the interior was spotless.

We drove safely across Canada to Toronto—a journey of over 5,400 km—in three weeks. Whether on paved roads or gravel tracks, we could always rely on the CanaDream RV; the engine purred like a cat the whole way.
