Corporate Greed
I felt like corporate greed outweighed personal experience. I was charged excessive additional fees at check-in. Charging me $100 to pick up my vehicle is ridiculous. The RV was deathly hot, AC barely worked. The emergency brake was faulty. Giving a vehicle not in proper working order is shameful. As soon as I walked in to return the vehicle the woman said “if you are over in kilometers we’ll charge you” followed by “if the gas is not filled we’ll charge you”. Not I hope you enjoyed your experience just we’ll charge you. I would not recommend your business to anyone. Terrible value for money.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We understand how frustrating it was to feel that additional charges overshadowed the rental experience, especially while also dealing with concerns about the vehicle’s comfort and condition. Your comments regarding the check-in and return experience, as well as the issues you encountered with the RV, have been shared with our team for further review.

Wonderful trip!
Our experience dealing with Canadream was excellent. From our first contact with a Canadream agent, and throughout the 9 months until we picked up the motorhome in Calgary on August 4/26, all our dealings were handled by friendly and very knowledgeable staff. The motorhome was everything we hoped it would be, and it was a pleasure to drive.
However, the unit that we rented requires the following attention:
- a new mattress
- the coach entrance door sticks and someone may get locked out if the cab doors are locked
- replace the Nespresso coffee machine to Keurig as it is more commonly used. The Calgary office couldn’t supply us with the pods we had ordered.

Svar från CanaDream RV - Calgary
We appreciate you sharing your positive experience with our team and the pleasure you found in driving our motorhome. We are, however, concerned to learn about the issues you encountered with the mattress, the coach entrance door, and the coffee machine. We are actively reviewing your feedback regarding these specific points to ensure improvements are made for future rentals. Your detailed comments are invaluable as we continuously strive to enhance our services.

Everything was well organized, before and during the vacation.
We got help quickly during the vacation because of a flat tire.
Easy topick up and deliver the van back - just remeber to plan how to get there with luggage for pick up and how to get to next stop after delivery.

RV experience
The booking experience was great, really good Black Friday deals that meant the extras were more than worth it. Pick up took a little more time than we had hoped, but the seating area at Calgary was fine to wait in and staff were very helpful. The cleaning chemicals used in preparing the RV triggered an allergic reaction in one of the party, but it cleared up by keeping the windows open for the first day. All extras paid for were provided.
The RV was great, we booked a specific model to get what we wanted, as opposed to the super 6 offer and we were glad we did. It had lots of space, was in good condition and we had no issues with any aspect of it.
Drop off again took a little while longer than hoped, especially having booked the drop and go service but it was a busy time of year.
Only dropping a star due to wait times and that it wasn't clear that some drop off slots would be booked out if we didn't check in early, meaning we needed to pay extra for a later slot even though it hadn't been our intention to do so and then still ended up waiting for drop off.
22 augusti 2026
Svar från CanaDream RV - Calgary
Thank you for your valuable feedback. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the booking experience and the quality of the RV. We apologize for the longer wait times during pickup and drop-off, and for the allergic reaction caused by cleaning chemicals. Your comments about the drop-off slot clarity are also noted, and we will review our procedures to improve these aspects.

Dream trip
We found the check in and drop off easy with the staff very helpful.
When we notified you of problems with the motorhome you got back to us quickly. We know it is a very busy period we were hiring in but some of the problems should have been picked up but all in all it was a great experience.
Thank you.
